【摘要】 智力资本理论作为一种顺应知识经济发展的实用型理论，为促进区域经济发展提供了新的研究视角，并对传统经济学产生了重大影响，在理论界和现实中备受关注。由于我国东、中、西部地区经济发展水平的差异，导致人力资本乃至智力资本发展水平差距不断加大，因而，研究智力资本演进机理，分析其演进过程中的影响因素，对于推动区域经济发展具有重要意义。近年来，关于智力资本的学术研究虽然成果不少，但研究方向分散、缺乏系统性，对区域智力资本的演化过程也没有做过多的论述，区域智力资本的形成和影响方面的研究也不成体系，存在一定的断层现象。针对上述情况，本文在演化经济学的视角下，对区域智力资本演化机理及演化趋势进行了深入研究。首先，利用演化博弈理论构建了区域智力资本演化博弈模型，对区域智力资本的产生原因、影响因素及其集聚效应作出解释，找出了区域智力资本演化路径的主要特点。其次，运用因子分析法和聚类分析法，构建了区域智力资本发展趋势测度指标体系，对全国不同地区的智力资本水平进行测度，筛选出东、中、西部具有代表性的省（区、市），并对其智力资本的影响因素及演化趋势进行分析。最后，就东部、中部、西部地区智力资本发展提出政策建议，重点就优化区域智力资本结构、创新区域智力资本发展模式、实现区域经济有效增长，为东中西部地区政府部门提高智力资本管理水平、协调区域间智力资本均衡分布提供参考借鉴。创新点：一是用演化经济学的视角分析智力资本的演化机理，利用区域智力资本理论、复杂网络上的演化博弈理论分析区域智力资本的发展问题，为区域智力资本的研究提供了一个新的研究视角。二是构建了区域智力资本演化博弈模型，把演化博弈理论运用到区域智力资本的演化之中，从动态的角度确定智力资本发展的特征，对系统的区域智力资本演化动态进行了分析。三是构建了区域智力资本发展的测度指标体系，利用因子分析法对北京、湖北、新疆的智力资本演化发展进行了定量分析，从而使演化经济学理论得以延伸，为促进东部、中部、西部地区的智力资本发展提供理论依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 As a practical theory adapts to the development of knowledge economy, intellectualcapital provides a new research perspective to region economy promotion, also has majorimpact to traditional economics, has been drew a lot of attention in theory and reality. Due tothe different levels of economic development of east, middle and west part of China, thelevels of human capital hence intellectual capital theory development keep widening, so ithas significant meaning for the regional economic development to study the mechanism ofintellectual capital, analyze the influencing factors for the evolution process.There are good quantity of the intellectual capital academic research results recent years,yet they are drifted in research direction, lack of system, do not have enough statement forthe evolution process of intellectual capital, the study of the formation and impact of regionalintellectual capital is not systematic, and there are degree faults in certain fields. To solve theproblems above, this paper makes in-depth study to regional intellectual capital evolutiontheory and trend in the perspective of evolutionary economics. First, this paper buildsregional intellectual capital evolutionary game model with the evolutionary game theory, toexplain the causes, influencing factors and agglomeration effects of regional intellectualcapital, to find out the main features of the evolutionary path of the regional intellectualcapital. Second, this paper builds the measurement indicator system of regional intellectualcapital development trend, to measure the level of intellectual capital in different parts ofChina, screening the most representative cities or provinces in the east, middle and west partof China, in hence to analyze the factors and trends of their intellectual capital. Finally, thispaper makes suggestions according to the different regions, focusing on the optimization ofregional intellectual capital structure, innovation of development pattern, provides referencesof the regional government intellectual capital management enhancement and the balance ofregional intellectual capital distribution.Innovations: first is to analyze the intellectual capital evolutional mechanism with theperspective of evolutionary economics, uses the theory of regional intellectual capital andevolutionary game theory on complex networks, which provides a new research perspectivefor regional intellectual capital; second is to build an evolutionary game model, uses theevolutionary game theory into regional intellectual capital, determine the feature and analyze the systematical regional intellectual capital evolution dynamically. Finally is to buildmeasurement indicator system, make quantity analyze for intellectual capital evolution inBeijing, Hubei and Xinjiang, thus to extend the theory of evolutionary economics, providestheory references for the intellectual capital development in the east, middle and west part ofChina.更多还原
