盐水湿地“生物—生态”景观修复设计与生态工法研究

【摘要】 对于盐水湿地的景观生态修复研究与实践,恢复湿地水体的自净能力是保证盐水湿地生态环境健康的基础。生物-生态修复技术是基于环境生物技术发展而来的,研究并将生物—生态技术应用于盐水湿地的景观生态修复中主要是利用微生物、植物、动物等生物体的生命活动,通过自然界食物网中的物质交换与能量流动达到转移水体污染物、降解富营养化,最终实现水体自净的目的。本文在总结分析生物生态学家研究成果的基础上,对盐水湿地健康生态系统的内涵、修复技术、生态工法和评估进行了理论研究和实践应用。(1)从盐水湿地的水文特征、理化参数、形态构造等方面对其生态环境与健康系统进行分析,提出健康并永续发展的盐水湿地生态系统应包括流域生态、湿地健康、社会经济三方面内容。(2)基于对盐水湿地生态平衡的破坏原因、水质污染程度、生态的可修复性等关系的分析,研究并实践适应盐水湿地生态修复的措施和工程方法。在湿地生态修复技术的研究基础之上构建适合盐水湿地生态多样性修复的生物-生态修复技术的理论框架,提出适合我国国情的盐水湿地修复内容和方法。(3)以生物学、生态学理论为基础研究盐水湿地中的食物链修复与栖息地设计。基于数据调研,确定盐水湿地物种群落、量化设计数据以指导景观修复中对于各类型栖息地规模和方式的控制。在已有生态工法的基础上,结合食物链修复与栖息地设计创新在不同环境条件下的盐水湿地生态工法。

【Abstract】 The causes of saline wetlands are complex and comprehensive. To study the wetlandlandscape restoration and to reiterate the self-purification capacity of the water cycleare the basement to keep the health of the wetland ecological environment. Biological-ecological restoration techniques evolved based on environmental biotechnology.The principle of biological–ecological restoration to repair the water environment isusing the life activity of microorganisms, plants, animals and other organisms toachieve the transfer of water pollutants, degradation of eutrophication through thenature food web in exchange of material and energy flows. Based on the analysis ofbiological and ecologist research, this thesis carried out the study and practicalapplication of saline wetlands connotation of healthy ecosystems, restorationtechniques.(1) To discuss the saline wetlands ecological health from water physicochemicalparameters of wetlands, wetland biological, hydrological features and morphologicalstructure. On this basis, the saltwater wetland ecosystems need to consider the healthof wetlands, watershed ecological and socio-economic aspects of the connotation.(2) To analysis the relationship between pollution reasons and recoverability ofsaline wetlands. To build the saline wetlands morphological diversity repairconceptual framework on the basis of the study abroad biological–ecologicalrestoration, to raise the main content and objectives of saline wetland landscaperestoration, diversity create and improvement of hydrological conditions.(3) To study the saline wetland food chain restoration and habitat design methodbased on the research in biology, ecology theory and the status quo of the ecologicalfactors lacking in China’s current saline wetlands. Based on the survey data,determine the saline wetland species communities, species competition and predator-prey relationships, quantitative data to guide the design control and design for the sizeof the various types of habitat. On the basis of existing ecological engineeringmethods, combined with ecological restoration methods and habitat design innovationsaline wetlands ecological engineering methods under different environmentalconditions.
