【摘要】 在过去的几十年里，珠江三角洲地区城市群物流产业抓住机遇，利用自身的地缘及文化优势，依托港澳，背靠内地，获得了空前的发展。国家“十二五”规划中，对珠江三角洲地区城市群的发展提出了更高的要求。城市群的发展的根本在于提高其产业的竞争力，但是目前珠江三角洲地区城市群的发展已经面临包括环境、人口等众多问题的挑战，且已经成为区域发展的制约因素或瓶颈。因此，有必要另辟蹊径，将城市群内外的各类资源进行有效的再调配和再整合，以为我所用，提升城市群的整体竞争力，实现地区在2020年率先实现现代化的宏伟目标。而物流在这一方面具有得天独厚的优势，开展物流业与城市群竞争力关系的研究，是当前这一区域加快转型升级，提升竞争力的重大理论和现实的课题。本文正是基于以上观点，在对国内外进行大量文献研究和实地调研的基础上，针对珠江三角洲地区城市群的过去、现状和未来，把物流产业与城市群竞争力结合起来进行综合实证研究。借助于建立相关理论框架体系，把脉城市群的发展脉络。本文主要做的工作和贡献在于整合了物流产业与城市群竞争力的相关理论和最新成果。然后在此基础上，对珠江三角洲地区城市群的物流产业及城市群各城市竞争力等问题进行了系统性的分析，拓宽了城市群管理者的创新思路和视野。具体而言，表现在以下几个方面：（1）论文对物流产业和城市群及其城市竞争力的概念、内涵和作用机理。物流产业与城市群发展的关系等做了全新的阐述和定义。（2）论文回顾了珠江三角洲地区城市群的发展历程之后，构建了珠江三角洲地区城市群竞争指标体系，通过因子分析，对珠江三角洲地区城市群竞争力进行了分类排名和综合排名分析，找出该地区竞争力存在的问题。（3）论文回顾了珠江三角洲地区城市群物流产业的现状之后，构建了珠江三角洲地区城市群物流产业指标体系，通过因子分析，对珠江三角洲地区物流产业进行了优劣势分析。（4）论文运用灰色关联度分析方法，通过构建珠江三角洲地区城市群物流产业与城市群竞争力指标体系，对该地区城市群物流产业与城市群竞争力进行了关联分析，并研究了珠江三角洲地区城市群竞争力与物流产业的关系。（5）论文在上述分析的基础上，提出了基于珠江三角洲地区城市群竞争力的物流业发展对策。包括：物流产业发展战略、发展定位、发展方向、发展建议等。综上所述，本论文的研究结论或研究成果对于城市群政府和城市群物流业实现良好的互动有莫大的实践意义和理论价值。即有利于把握物流产业发展过程中的规律，提升城市群竞争力，从而改善人民群众的生活水平，实现“幸福广东”的战略目标，实现珠江三角洲地区城市群在全国率先的现代化。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the past few decades, the urban agglomeration in the Pearl River Delta have caught theopportunities and make a huge progress by making use of the advantaged geography, theculture, and relying on Hong Kong, Macau and the inner cities. In the National “twelfthfive-year”plan, our nation put forward higher requirement to urban agglomeration in the PearlRiver Delta. In fact, the development of the urban agglomeration depends on theircompetitiveness. However, the development of the urban agglomeration in the Pearl RiverDelta has faced a lot challenges, including environment and population, and has been theconstraint of the regional development. Therefore, it’s necessary to find solutions to reallocateand reintegrate the resources in and out of the urban agglomeration to our advantage toimprove the competitiveness of the urban agglomeration, strive for the ambitious target ofrealizing modernization in2020. Logistics enjoy an exceptional advantage in achieving thetarget. So carry out the research on the logistics industry to the competitiveness of the urbanagglomeration is the significant theory and realistic project in speeding up the transformation,upgrading and promoting competitiveness.Based on the above viewpoints, the paper, focusing on the past, current and the future ofthe urban agglomeration in the Pearl River Delta, has done a comprehensive research on thesituation combined logistics industry and the urban agglomeration competitiveness bycarrying out large amounts of research on the documents in and out of China and fieldresearch. The paper also explores the development of the urban agglomeration by establishingrelevant theory frame system. The main work and contribution of the paper has done areintegrating relevant theory and newest achievements of the logistics industry and the urbanagglomeration competitiveness. Moreover, analyzes the problems between the logisticsindustry and the competitiveness of the urban agglomeration in the Pearl River Delta, whichwill broaden the innovative thoughts and methods of the managers who take charge of theurban agglomeration. To be specific, there are several aspects as follows:Firstly, the paper introduces the concepts, connotation and the mechanism of action of thelogistics industry, urban agglomeration and its competitiveness, and explains the relationshipbetween logistics industry and the urban agglomeration.Secondly, after reviewing the development history of the urban agglomeration in the PearlRiver Delta, the paper establishes the index system of competition of the urban agglomerationin the Pearl River Delta. By carrying out the factor analysis and the clustering analysis, it alsoanalyzes the classification rankings and the comprehensive rankings of the urban agglomeration competitiveness and then finds out the problems existed in the area’scompetitiveness.Thirdly, after looking back on the current situation of the logistics industry of the urbanagglomeration in the Pearl River Delta, the paper establishes index system of the logisticsindustry of the urban agglomeration in the Pearl River Delta. Through analyzing the factors, itanalyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the logistics industry in the Pearl River Delta.Fourthly, through the grey correlation analysis, the paper establishes the index system ofthe logistics industry and the urban agglomeration competitiveness of the Pearl River Delta,and then carries out the correlation analysis and research on the contribution of the logisticsindustry of the Pearl River Delta to the urban agglomeration competitiveness.Fifthly, Based on the above analysis, the paper proposes new thoughts of the developmentof the logistics industry, which depending on the urban agglomeration competitiveness of thePearl River Delta. Including: logistics industry development strategy, development orientation,development, development goals.To sum up, the research conclusion and the research achievements of the paper have asignificant practical meaning and theoretical value to the good interaction between thegovernment and the logistics industry of the urban agglomeration. That is, it is benefit tograsp the development discipline of the logistics industry and improve the urbanagglomeration competitiveness, so as to better the living standard of the people, fulfill thestrategic target of “Happy Guangdong” and be the first to achieve the modernization of theurban agglomeration of the Pearl River Delta in China.更多还原
