资源整合矿山开发模式与露采关键技术研究

【摘要】 本文从我国矿产资源高效低碳开发的需要出发,综合运用露天采矿学原理、采矿系统工程、技术经济学和计算机技术等方法,通过调查研究、理论分析和现场工程实践,根据近年来资源整合开发的趋势,建立了以企业开发效益最大化为目标的资源开发模式优选模型,分析了资源整合开发的开拓运输系统布置、采空区探测与处置技术等问题。论文在总结前人研究成果的基础上,分析了现行以经济合理剥采比作为划定露天开采境界和判断资源开发模式依据所存在的问题,根据企业逐利发展这一特性,考虑露天和井工两种开发方式下生产成本随剥采比变化的趋势,以资源开发效益最大化为目标建立了新的经济剥采比计算模型,运用层次分析法建立了资源开发模式综合经济评价模型。论文根据近年来我国矿产资源整合开发成果,分析了这类矿山的资源构成和开采特点,提出了井工开发、露天开发和先井工后露天开发三种典型开发模式。借助资源开发模式综合经济评价模型,对三种开发模式的经济指标进行分析。论文对资源整合矿山采用露天方式开发的两个关键问题开拓运输系统布置和采空区处理进行了分析。研究认为资源整合矿山更适合应用单斗—卡车—破碎站—暗带式输送机半连续工艺。根据资源特点和开发方式,提出了多种露井联合开拓方式,从技术、安全、经济、组织管理等方面分析了联合开拓的可行性。论文全面分析了采空区对矿产资源露天开发的影响,从便于采空区探测和处理的角度出发按形成原因将其分为计划性开采形成的采空区、民采形成的采空区、顶板岩层移动形成的采空区和次生灾害形成的采空区四类,建立了采空区综合勘探技术路线。在分析爆破处置采空区的典型方式和特点的基础上,提出了采空区处理预案的编写思路;根据煤矿采空区易发生煤炭自燃威胁后续生产安全的特点,分析了煤矿采空区发火特点、灭火方式和火区爆破注意事项。论文通过实例研究对所提出的理论和建立的数学模型进行了实用性验证,研究成果对于我国资源整合矿山的优化开发具有积极意义。

【Abstract】 Based on the need of high efficiency and low carbon developmentof mineral resourcesin China, this dissertation comprehensively applies surface mining theories,miningengineering system theories, technology economics theories, as well as computertechnology. Through investigation researches, theoretical analysis and spot engineeringpractice, and the development trend of integration of resources in recent years, we modelingabout optimization of Resources development mode which aim to Maximize the benefits ofenterprise development t, we also analyze the problem that developed transport systemarrangement,goaf detection and disposal technology in the integration of resources.Based on the results of previous studies, we analyze the current economic strippingratio as the delineation of the realm of open-pit mining and judgments resourcesdevelopment mode, and we find some problem. Because the corporate always put theirprofit in first place,we consider the stripping ratio of surface and underground workingdevelopment, maximizing the benefits of resource development as the goal to establish anew economic stripping ratio calculation model, using AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process)toestablish a resource development model integrated economic evaluation model. Based onthe integration of mineral resources in China in recent years, we analyze the resourcesconstitute and mining characteristics. Proposed three typical development model, they areunderground development, open development and the open air after the first underground.We can analyze the economic indicators of the three development model with resourcesdevelopment mode and integrated economic evaluation model.Papers analyze two key issues about mine open pit developed, they are developedtransport system arrangement and goaf disposal. Studies suggest that the integration ofresources mine is more suitable for the application of single bucket-truck-crushing station-dark belt conveyor semi-continuous system. According to the resource characteristics anddevelopment, puts forward many kinds of open-pit and underground combined developmentsystem, analyze the feasibility of jointly developing technology, security, economic,organizational management.The paper analyzed the goaf’s influence to open mineralresources comprehensively, Starting from easy detection and treatment of goaf angle,it canbe divided into four parts: Planning of mining goaf, Gob formation of goaf, roof stratamovement formation of goaf and secondary disaster formation of goaf,which established agoaf comprehensive exploration technique route. A comprehensive analysis of themined-out area of the development of mineral resources in the open air, starting from easydetection and treatment of goaf angle is divided into the causes of a planned mining goaf,China mining goaf formation. goaf roof strata movement formed and the formation ofsecondary disasters goaf four categories, the goaf exploration technology roadmap. On thebasis of the typical way and the feature of the goaf, putting forward a plan for the preparation of a goaf treatment. According to characteristics of the goaf that is prone tospontaneous combustion of coal threat of subsequent production safety, analyzing thecharacteristics of the goaf firing, the way of fire-fighting and the matters of the bursting ofthe fire area.Papers through the case study of the theory and the mathematical model practicalityverify the research results for our resource integration optimization and development of themine has positive significance.
