极复杂条件下煤与瓦斯突出规律及综合治理技术

【摘要】 坦家冲、里王庙与龙家山矿地质条件极其复杂,煤与瓦斯突出事故与瓦斯动力现象时有发生。论文统计分析历年来煤与瓦斯突出事故,研究极复杂地质构造条件下影响煤与瓦斯突出事故的主要因素;分析了煤体弹性势能与瓦斯内能在突出过程中转换为煤体的破碎功、碎煤抛出功的表现形式,得出了煤与瓦斯突出的能量条件;基于达西定律、瓦斯渗流速度与瓦斯压力梯度、围岩应力之间的关系,建立了煤层瓦斯压力梯度与地应力之间的定量关系计算模型;模拟复杂地质条件下煤层中地应力分布与破坏规律,分析煤层瓦斯分布状态;通过对常用的煤与瓦斯突出预测性指标测定分析,提出适用于极复杂地质构造条件下具有动态适应性煤与瓦斯突出预测性指标;统计分析各矿历年来所采用的各种区域防突与局部防突措施,研究分析现场实施效果,提出适用于极复杂地质构造条件下煤与瓦斯突出综合治理技术方案。

【Abstract】 The geological conditions of the mine of Tanjiachong,Liwangmiao and Longjiashan is socomplex, and accidents of coal and gas outburst and the phenomenons of gas dynamic happenoccasionally. The article statistics and analysis the coal and gas outburst accident which occurredover the years and studies the main factors of coal and gas outburst in the conditions of extremelycomplex geological structure. Elastic potential energy of coal, gas internal energy, coal fracturework and coal selling work are analysised to get the energy condition of coal and gas outburst.Based on Darcy law, gas seepage law, gas pressure gradient and surrounding rock stress,calculation model is built between gas pressure gradient and ground stress. The article simulatesthe disciplines of ground stress distribution and the destroy of tectonic-coal layer in the conditionsof complex geological,and studies the distribution of coal seam gas. The article summarizes thecommonly using redictive indicators in coal and gas outburst and proposes the dynamicadaptability predictive indicators of coal and gas outburst under the conditions of the extremelycomplex geological structure in Hongwei Mine. The article statistics and analysis the preventionmeasures adopted in mines, and studies actual effect of the on-site implementation, and proposestechnical proposal of comprehensive management of coal and gas outburst which are suitable forHongwei Mining under the conditions of extremely complex geological structure.
