概念设计功能求解混合推理映射研究

【摘要】 功能求解是概念设计的重要环节。论文针对概念设计功能求解推理映射存在的问题,提出概念设计功能求解混合推理映射方法,并对功能求解映射的相关理论、关键技术及应用进行深入研究。论文基于柔性和适应性设计的多元化需求,提出内涵扩展的“需求-功能-行为-结构(Requirement-Function-Behavior-Structure,R-F-B-S)”概念设计模型,将概念设计过程分为需求转换和功能求解两个部分,在功能求解部分融合不同程度的产品创新层次,为混合推理映射的实现构建了基本框架。对求解过程所涉及的要素进行具体的描述与表达,并根据功能的特点建立功能词库表清晰、规范地表达设计功能要求。其次,基于已建立的概念设计模型,提出R-F-B-S的知识表达模型。将知识库归纳为企业已有产品知识模块和领域知识、跨领域知识模块两个部分。阐述了设计知识库的构建原理及方法,为概念设计功能求解混合推理映射提供了有效的技术支持。论文提出概念设计功能求解的混合推理映射方法,通过熵灰关联的实例推理模式、功能分解与行为求解的演进式推理模式以及挖掘算法的关联规则推理模式实现智能化概念设计求解过程。采用了灵活的映射策略,分别适应产品不同程度的创新性需求。具体研究每种推理模式的搜索流程及适用的状态并应用实例验证了映射策略的可行性。论文以自动映射获得的关系系数作为参考,讨论了关系系数的设计小组获取与修正,提出人机综合的关系系数整合方案。并对整合优化后的映射结果组合形成的方案基于模糊综合理论进行了评价。最后,提出并验证功能求解混合推理映射系统。基于上述研究成果,在Windows系统平台下,以Visual Studio2005C#作为开发工具,开发了概念设计功能求解混合推理映射系统。结合实例展示了应用软件的实际运行的工作界面。

【Abstract】 Function solving is an important link of conceptual design. Aiming at thedeficiencies of reasoning technology in product conceptual design, a hybridreasoning mapping method for product conceptual design function solving wasproposed. Relevant theories, key technologies and applications on function solvingmapping were systematically studied. The main research contents can besummarized as follows:Firstly, a framework model of “Requirements-Function-Behavior-Structure”(R-F-B-S) for conceptual design was proposed based on the extension of intentionof conceptual design and multiple requirements of flexibility and adaptability. Theprocess of conceptual design could be divided into requirement transformation andfunction solving, variety level of product innovation was integrated into functionsolving during the process. Specific description and expression for the factorsinvolved in resolution process were established and design function requirementcould be expressed clearly and correctly by implementing function thesaurustables according to the characteristics of the function.Secondly, the knowledge base modeling techniques of supporting functionsolving hybrid reasoning mapping were studied. The R-F-B-S knowledgeexpression model was proposed based on established conceptual design processmodel. Knowledge base could be reduced to enterprise existing product knowledgemodule and domain/multi-domain knowledge module. The structure of eachcomponent of this model has been described in detail. Based on knowledgemodule and knowledge expression model, the construction of design knowledgebase was analyzed.Subsequently, function solving hybrid reasoning mapping for conceptual designwas suggested. The entropy grey relation case reasoning mode, evolutionaryreasoning mode for function decomposing and behavior solving as well as theassociation rules reasoning mode for mining algorithm were proposed. Intelligent conceptual design solving process framework was established while flexiblemapping strategies were applied to adapt different degrees of product innovationrequirements. The searching process and applicable state of each reasoning modewere studied and the feasibility of mapping strategy was testified by examples.The method of mapping by design team is also explained. And a method aboutoptimizing the result of mapping by computer and human is discussed. To evaluateprinciple scheme, a design evaluation and decision making method based on fuzzysynthesis theory is studied.Finally, according to the achievements above, a function solving reasoningsystem for conceptual design is developed with visual studio2005C#on thewindows platform. The working interface of this application software wasdisplayed combined with examples.
