【摘要】 现代物流服务业作为一种先进的管理技术和组织形式,突破了传统物流的功能界限,其高效优质的标准化、专业化服务可以通过物流信息的共享改变制造业业务流程,实现供应链协同管理,从而成为提升制造业竞争力的重要源泉。相反,制造业产业分工的不断深化、生产流程的不断创新以及跨地域的协作推动着现代物流服务业不断的进行组织、产品和服务模式的创新。由此可见,推进现代物流服务业与制造业的协同运作,既是提升制造业核心竞争力的重要手段,也是促进现代物流服务业发展的基本途径。近年来,我国物流服务业与制造业都得到了飞速发展,但作为社会物流需求主体的制造业却因缺乏有效的社会物流服务支撑体系,物流运作成本高、效率低；另一方面,我国现代物流服务业因制造业物流需求无法有效释放而找不到发展的动力和指引,致使现代物流服务供给能力与制造业物流需求严重失衡。因此,为了迎合制造业发展的需求,我们必须审视现代物流服务业与制造业协同发展问题。目前,大量的研究都是从理论上定性的探讨两者的关系。然而,现代物流服务业与制造业的协同发展是个复杂的过程,两者究竟有何协同演化规律,如何评价两者的协同状态,怎样促进两者的协同发展,这些都是必须解决的理论与现实问题,需要进行深入系统的研究。基于此,本文主要围绕以下几个方面开展了研究工作：首先,分析了现代物流服务业主体与制造业主体的特征及其动态协同关系,阐述了现代物流服务业与制造业协同发展的复杂性特征；基于复杂性角度,构建了现代物流现代物服务业与制造业的协同发展的框架,进而为后续研究奠定理论基础。其次,对现代物流服务业与制造业协同演化的内在机理进行了分析。现代物流服务业与制造业协同的发展是由现代物流服务业与制造业两大产业系统耦合而成的复杂系统,自组织特性是其演化的内在动力；作为协同主体的现代物流服务业与制造业之间的相互作用机制决定两大产业的协同结构、状态、功能。通过对两大产业协同演化的内在机理的分析可以深化对现代物流服务业与制造业的之间协同运作的规律及动态变化过程的认识。再次,借鉴复合系统协调模型与协同学原理,构建了现代物流服务业与制造业发展的协同度评价模型。结合现代物流服务业与制造业协同演化机理,以关键过程和状态协同度的大小为依据,给出了现代服务业与制造业协同发展阶段的具体评判标准,明确实践中现代物流服务业与制造业协同发展所处的阶段,为进一步的协同实践指明方向和提出相应的政策建议。第四,构建了现代物流服务业与制造业协同发展的实现机制。现代物流服务业与制造业的协同发展是一个动态的复杂过程,是协同主体基于一定的协同关系在协同环境下按照协同机制实施协同行为,从而实现整个产业间的协同运作。它既是产业系统间非线性作用则结果,同时也是各种影响因素作用于复杂系统,推动复杂系统内部要素相互联系、相互作用的路径、方式和过程的综合体系。为了促进现代物流服务业与制造业的协同发展,必须系统构建现代物流与制造业业协同发展的有效机制,为参与协同的现代物流业和制造业提供对策与建议。文章最后以湖南省现代物流服务业与制造业的协同发展为例,对前述部分的理论和方法进行了验证和运用,分别计算了湖南省现代物流服务业子系统与制造业子系统的有序度和两者的整体协同度,并对其协同发展阶段进行了判别。同时,根据湖南省目前的发展状态,提出了促进湖南省现代物流服务业与制造业协同发展的对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 As one of the advanced management technology and organization forms, modern logistics service industry breaks through the traditional logistics function limits. Its high quality standardization, specialization service can realize logistics information sharing system, manufacturing process reengineering, business synergism of the entire supply chain management and its service level is to be an important source of enhancing the competitiveness of the manufacturing industry. At the same time, along with the depth and breadth of industrial division to be expanded and deepened, the specialized division, production process innovation and regional collaboration of modern manufacturing industry labor requires the modern logistics service industry to keep the pattern innovation of organization, products and service. Therefore, promoting the collaboration between the modern logistics service industry and manufacturing industry, is not only the important means to enhance the core competitiveness of manufacturing industry, but also the basic approach to promote the development of modern logistics service industry. In recent years, in our country manufacturing industry and logistics service have made rapid development, but as subjects of social logistics demand, the manufacturing is struggling to find effective logistics support and has high logistics operating costs and low efficiency. On the contrary, modern logistics has not found the impetus and guidelines in the manufacturing logistics needs. Serious imbalance between the logistics demands of manufacturing industry and supply capacities of logistics services made us look at cooperative development between mordern logistics service and manufacturing industry. At present, there has a substantial amount of research on qualitative discussion of the relationship between mordern logistics service and manufacturing industry. However, being what kind of collaborative evolution between logistics services and manufacturing industry, how to evaluate the status of synergy and how to promote the coordinated development, must be addressed and need to conduct an in-depth and system study.In view of this, the research work mainly focuses on following aspects:First, using the theory of complex system, elaborate the complexity of the cooperative development between the modern logistics service industry and manufacturing industry. At the same time, build a theory framework of the cooperative development, which lays the theoretical foundation for follow-up study.Secondly, the mechanism of cooperative evolution between the modern logistics service industry and manufacturing industry development is analyzed. Modern logistics service industry and the manufacturing industry development is coupled to a complex system by two industries. Self-organization is the inherent power of the evolution. As collaborative subject, interaction mechanism between the modern logistics service enterprises and manufacturing enterprises determines two industries’ structure, synergism status and function. The analysis of evolution mechanism can deepen the understanding of collaborative law and dynamic process between the modern logistics service industry and manufacturing industry.Third, from the composite system synergism model and synergetic theory, build a synergism degree evaluation model about modern logistics service industry and the manufacturing industry development. In order to further collaborative direction and put forward the corresponding policy suggestions, Combined with evolution mechanism about modern logistics service industry and manufacturing industry, the key process and collaborative phase as a division of synergetic degree, according to the state of cooperative degree, the specific criteria about coordinated development between the modern service industry and manufacturing industry is given, which clearly define the collaborative development stage about modern logistics service industry and manufacturing industry,Fourth, build he comprehensive operation system of he coordinated development about modern logistics service industry and manufacturing industry. The synergism development between modern logistics service industry and the manufacturing industry development is a complicated dynamic process. To realize the whole industry collaboration, cooperative subject implement their cooperative behavior based on cooperative relationship in collaborative environment according to cooperative mechanism. It is not only non-linear function results of the industrial system, but also the various factors effect on the complex system, and promote the mutual connection, interaction path, and process of internal elements of the integrated system. In order to promote modern logistics service industry and manufacturing industry development, the construction of synergism development mechanism between modern logistics and manufacturing industry is very important, for participation of the logistics enterprises and manufacturing industry to provide the countermeasure and the suggestion.Finally, using the part of the theory and method, the empirical study is conducted about the modern logistics service industry and manufacturing industry development in Hunan Province. the order degree is calculate respectively of the modern logistics service industry system and manufacturing system and the overall synergism, and differentiate the synergism development level in Hunan Province. At the same time, according to the current state of development, put forward to coordinated development countermeasures to promote the development of modern logistics service industry and manufacturing industry in Hunan Province.更多还原
