【摘要】 随着经济全球化和信息化步伐的加快,物流业已成为衡量一国现代化水平和综合国力的重要标志。在物流业的发展过程中,物流园区的建设和发展非常关键,物流园区在我国正蓬勃兴起。将组织生态理论应用到物流园区研究之中,能够从一个特别的视角对物流园区的形成、互动、演化等问题进行深入分析。本文从组织生态理论的角度探讨物流园区的发展规律,分析了物流园区组织生态系统的构成、生态环境、生态位、企业入驻、企业间互动关系、系统演化等问题,提出了基于组织生态理论的物流园区发展理念、模式及对策,同时还进行了相应的实证研究。主要内容和观点如下：(1)阐述了物流园区组织生态研究的理论基础。对物流园区组织生态进行研究的理论基础最主要有两个：一是园区经济理论,二是组织生态学理论。(2)探讨了物流园区组织生态的几种基础性问题。对物流园区的内涵和要素进行了分析,比较了不同类型的物流园区；分析了物流园区组织生态系统的结构与特征,比较了物流园区与生物群落的异同；对物流园区组织生态环境的构成进行了分析,并提出了相应的评价模型；分析了物流园区生态位的内涵与维度。(3)分析了物流园区组织生态系统企业入驻行为。分析了企业入驻物流园区的动机；通过建立数学模型对企业入驻行为的约束条件进行了描述和分析；运用自组织理论和他组织理论对企业入驻物流园区的动力机制进行了分析。(4)考察了物流园区组织生态系统内企业间互动关系。对物流园区内企业间互动关系的总体情况进行了描述,企业之间的关系可以是竞争的,也可以是非竞争的,可以是有利的,也可以是有害的,具体的互动关系包括：竞争、合作、互利共生、捕食、寄生、偏利共生、偏害共生等；结合物流园的实际,引入经典的Logistic模型和Lotka—volterrra模型,重点针对竞争互动关系和共生互动关系,分析了竞争与共生状态下的稳定均衡问题；在竞争与共生互动关系的基础上,提出要建立新型的竞合战略联盟互动关系,并对其实质、意义、可行性及建立的途径进行了探讨。(5)研究了物流园区组织生态系统演化的过程、模式与机制。参照自然生态系统的演化,对物流园区组织生态系统演化过程进行了阶段划分；从共生演化的角度对共生组织演化模式和共生行为演化模式进行了分析,并进一步分析了演化的动力学机制；从物流园区内企业学习的动因和机制两个方面,研究了物流园区组织生态系统演化过程中的学习问题。(6)提出了基于组织生态理论的物流园区发展对策。提出了基于组织生态理论的物流园区发展理念；分析了物流园区开发建设的一般模式和现有模式；构建了物流园区综合竞争力评价体系,并对各项指标进行了界定和解析；在组织生态理论指导下,从宏观上提出了物流园区发展过程中应采取的对策。(7)对长沙金霞物流园区进行了实证研究。对长沙金霞物流园区的基本情况及其组织生态系统的结构进行了介绍和分析；运用物流园区综合竞争力评价体系,对长沙金霞物流园区的综合竞争力进行了评价；结合评价的结果,提出了长沙金霞物流园区的发展对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the fast development of the economic globalization and informationization, the logistics industry has become the most vital symbol to measure a country’s level of modernization and comprehensive national strength. In the developing process of the logistics industry, the logistics park’s construction and development is very critical, and for our China it is booming too. To apply the organize ecological theory to the study of the logistics park can help us deep analyze the formation, interaction and evolution of the logistics park. This dissertation discusses the logistics park’s law of development from the point of view of the organization ecological theory; analyzes the problems like the composition of the organizational ecological systems, ecological environment, niche, enterprises settled, interactive relationship between enterprises and the system evolution; puts forward the logistics park development concepts, models and countermeasures which based on the organizational ecological theory and does the corresponding empirical research as well. The dissertation consists of the following main content and perspectives:(1) The dissertation describes the theoretical foundation of the logistics park’s organizational ecological research. In the dissertation there are two most important theoretical basis of logistics park organized ecological research:campus economic theory and the organizational ecology theory.(2) The dissertation discusses several fundamental problems of the logistics park organizational ecology. This section analyzes the connotations and elements of the logistics park, compares the different kinds of logistics park; and analyzes the structure and the characteristics of the logistics park organizational ecology system, and compares the difference between the logistics park and the biocoenosis; and analyzes the composing of the environmental in the logistics park,and puts out relevant evaluation model; at last analyzes the connotation and the dimensionality of the logistics park’s niche.(3) The dissertation analyzes the behavior of the enterprises settled. First,this section discusses of the motives of the enterprises settled logistics park;second, descrips and analyzes the constraint conditions of the enterprises settled logistics park through establishing the mathematical model, and analyzes the dynamic mechanism of the enterprises settled logistics park by the self-organization theory and other organization theory.(4) The dissertation investigates the interactive relationship between enterprises in this system. First,this section understands the overall situation of this relationships which could be beneficial one or harmful one, and the specific interactive relationships includes:competition, cooperation, mutualistic, predation, parasitism, partial profits symbiotic, partial harm symbiotic etc; second,combining with the practical logistics park, by quoting the classic Logistic model and the Lotka—volterra model, and focusing on the interactive relationships of competition and symbiosis, analyzes the the stable equilibrium problems;at last, based upon the interactive relationships of competition and symbiosis, brings forward to build a new interactive relationship of the competing strategic alliance, and also discusses the substantive significance, feasibility, and establish ways.(5) The dissertation investigates the system’s evolutionary process, pattern and mechanism. First,this section phases of the system evolution of the logistics park with reference to the evolution of natural ecosystems; second, from the symbiotic evolution angle, analyzes the symbiotic organization evolution mode and symbiotic behavior evolution mode and goes further study on the dynamics mechanism of evolution; at last,from two aspects of motivation and mechanism, studies the learning mechanism of the logistics park organization ecosystem evolution.(6) The dissertation proposes the development of countermeasures on the organizational ecological theory. First,this section puts forward the concept of the development of the logistics park; and analyzes the general pattern and existing models of the development and construction of the logistics park; builds a comprehensive competitive evaluation system of the logistics park and defines and resolves all the indicators; under the guidance of the organizational ecological theory, from the macroscopic view points out the countermeasures of the logistics park.(7) The dissertation takes empirical research on the the Jinxia Changsha logistics park. First,this section analyzes the basic situation and the organizational ecosystem structure of the Jinxia Changsha logistics park; and assesses the comprehensive competitiveness of the Jinxia Changsha logistics park by the comprehensive competitive evaluation system of the logistics park; at last with the results of the evaluation, proposes development strategies for the Jinxia Changsha Logistics Park.更多还原
