【摘要】 就业创业问题是一个关系到国计民生的大问题。大学生是我们国家宝贵的人才资源,关系着国家和民族的未来,大学生的就业创业和职业发展影响千万家庭的生活、国家的安定和发展以及和谐社会的构建。党的十七大报告明确指出要“积极做好高校毕业生就业工作”。《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)》明确提出加强就业创业教育和就业指导服务。大学生的就业创业指导已成为高等教育不能忽视的重要问题,也成为高校思想政治教育研究的重要课题。从思想政治教育的视角,以马克思主义理论为指导,将社会主义核心价值体系融入大学生职业生涯教育,创新大学生职业生涯教育的内容,改进大学生职业生涯教育的方法,完善大学生职业生涯教育课程,丰富大学生职业生涯教育活动,加强大学生职业生涯个性化辅导,健全职业生涯教育保障体系,构建价值制导的大学生职业生涯教育的机制。将社会主义核心价值体系融入大学生职业生涯教育,可以促进大学生开发职业能力和提升创新创业素质,提高大学生就业创业质量和促进大学生职业发展。将社会主义核心价值体系融入大学生职业生涯教育,引导大学生正确认识自己肩负的历史使命,努力成为德智体全面发展的社会主义事业的建设者和接班人,帮助大学生获得真正意义上职业生涯的可持续发展,最大限度的实现自己的人生价值。将社会主义核心价值体系融入大学生职业生涯教育,有利于促进了思想政治教育主体和内容的社会化,促进思想政治教育的社会化,极大地提高了思想政治教育的实效性,提高学校教学质量。将社会主义核心价值体系融入大学生职业生涯教育,有利于促进职业生涯教育创新,有利于社会主义核心价值体系建设,有利于促进人和组织的和谐发展,有利于促进经济的发展和社会的稳定,化解大学生就业创业困境,推动社会主义和谐社会的建立。本研究通过收集国内外职业生涯教育、价值教育的理论研究和实践经验,通过现实考察和问卷调查等形式,了解大学生职业生涯教育工作中的有益经验和现实困顿,通过对大学生的职业生涯教育的和大学生职业发展观念的现状的调查,提出将社会主义核心价值体系融入职业生涯教育,探索将社会主义核心价值体系融入职业生涯教育目标和原则内容和方法、载体和机制的创新。本研究对职业、就业、创业、就业指导、创业指导、职业生涯教育等概念进行辨析与界定,提出了社会主义核心价值体系融入职业生涯教育的理论依据,回顾了我国大学生职业生涯教育的历史,分析了以美国为例的国外职业生涯教育的历史概况和主要特征,以湖南省高校为例对我国大学生职业发展观念现状与职业生涯教育的现状实证调查,指出了社会主义核心价值体系融入职业生涯教育的实践诉求。分析了社会主义核心价值体系融入大学生职业生涯教育的切入点与规律、结构和功能,分析了社会主义核心价值体系融入大学生职业生涯教育的目标与原则。提出了社会主义核心价值体系融入大学生职业生涯教育的内容主要有以马克思主义理论和职业生涯理论为重点的理论教育,以中国特色社会主义共同理想为主题的职业理想教育,以民族精神和时代精神为精髓的职业精神教育,以社会主义荣辱观为基础的职业道德教育。探讨了社会主义核心价值体系融入大学生职业生涯教育的方法价值引导法、价值渗透法、价值干预法,探讨了社会主义核心价值体系融入大学生职业生涯教育的载体有课程载体、活动载体、辅导载体、网络载体。探讨了社会主义核心价值体系融入大学生职业生涯教育的机制包括动力机制、保障机制、评估机制。本研究的创新之处主要体现在以下几个方面：进一步拓展社会主义核心价值体系建设的内涵与方法,为社会主义核心价值体系融入国民教育做出积极的探索,为大学生职业生涯教育的理论研究的推进和创新做了有益的探索,从理论上探索构建价值制导的大学生职业生涯教育体系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Employment is a big problem concerning both country and people’s wellbeing. College students, as the precious human resources of our country, are related to the future of both our country and people. So their employment and occupation career development affect tens of millions of family life, national stability and development and the construction of harmonious society. The17th Party Congress report clearly pointed out the need to " do an active job in the employment of College graduates"."National medium and long-term educational reform and development program (2010-2020)" puts forward clearly to strengthen employment and entrepreneurship education and employment guidance services. College students’employment guidance has become an important problem that higher education can not neglect, and also an important task of the ideological and political education research in college.From the perspective of the ideological and political education, with Marxism Theory as the guidance, to integrate the socialist core value system into college students’career education, we need to innovate the content and improve teaching methods of their career education, perfect their career education curriculum, enrich the students’career education activities, strengthen the personalized counseling, build sound career education security system, construct value-oriented guidance of the career education mechanism. Integrating the socialist core value system into college student career education can urge college students to develop occupation ability and improve innovation quality, improve the quality of employment of college students and promote o their occupation development; integrating the socialist core value system into college students’career education can guide college students to correctly take on their historic mission, and strive them to become an all-round development of socialist builders and successors of the cause, also help students to get a real sense of the sustainable development of career, so as to maximize the realization of the value of their life; integrating the socialist core value system into college student career education, is helpful for promoting the socialization of the subject and content of the ideological and political education,and promoting the socialization of ideological and political education, which greatly enhances the effectiveness of ideological and political education, and improves the teaching quality of schools; integrating the socialist core value system into college student career education, helps to promote the harmonious development of people and organizations, accelerate the economic development and social stability and order, alleviate employment difficulty for the university students, and promote the establishment of a socialist harmonious society.This thesis, by collecting the theory and practical experience of career and ideological and political education both home and abroad, by forms of on-the-spot investigation and questionnaire,as well as by research of college students’concept of their career education, after finding out college students’useful experience and realistic difficulty, puts forward the idea that integrating the socialist core value system into career education, and explore its educational goal,principles, ways, carriers and the innovation of mechanism.This thesis will distinguish the definition of occupation employment, employment guidance and occupation career education,and come up with guiding theory of occupation career education blending in socialism core value system analyze the starting point and functions of the socialism core value system with college students’occupation career education,also discuss the nature and structure of occupation career education with its status and role in the ideological and political education. After reviewing history of the college students’occupation career education in our country, and analyzing the overview of the history and main features of foreign occupation career education with America’case, taking Hunan Province as an example, the author did a survey on the present situation of college students’ occupation career education.The thesis puts forward the goal and principle of the idea of integrating socialist core value system into college students occupation career education, analyzes the content innovation of the idea-integrating the socialism core value system into college student occupation career education, mainly includes the theory education of Marxism Theory as the its soul, common ideal of socialism with Chinese characteristics as its theme of the ideal occupation education, the national spirit and spirit of the times as the essence of the spiritual education of occupation, moral occupation education based on the socialist outlook on honor and shame;explores the method innovation of the idea-integrating the socialist core value system into college student occupation career education,such as dredging education method, typical education method, encouragement education method, the method of self education and psychological counseling, ideological transformation method, recessive education method. It also explores carrier innovation of the idea-integrating socialist core value system into college students’occupation career education, e.g. curriculum carrier, activity carrier, curriculum counseling carrier, network carrier. As for the mechanism innovation of the idea, there are motive mechanism, guarantee mechanism and evaluation mechanism innovation.The innovation of this study is mainly reflected in the following aspects:further develop the connotation and the method of the construction of socialist core value system; explore positively into the national education with the socialist core value system and make conducive exploration in the development and innovation of college students’occupation career education theory, and build the value-oriented college students’occupation career education system in theory.更多还原
