高速铁路客运枢纽空间建构优化研究

【摘要】 本文研究高速铁路客运枢纽的空间建构,从高速铁路客运枢纽的选址与城市空间之间的关系、高速铁路客运枢纽的外部空间建构与城市交通组织之间的衔接、高速铁路客运枢纽的平面布置与人流组织、高速铁路客运枢纽的可持续性设计等四个方面展开论述。首先研究高铁客运枢纽与城市空间之间的关系,重点阐述了高速铁路客运枢纽选址对城市空间建构的影响,提出了城市客运枢纽的属性及其分级方式。研究高铁客运枢纽选址的评价体系,分析了现有评价指标体系的不足,以城市空间建构绩效为标准,通过绩效密度、绩效舒展度、绩效OD比这三个指标的研究,建立了一个量化的高铁客运枢纽选址评价体系,为高速铁路客运枢纽的选址提供了量化的指导依据。其次研究高速铁路客运枢纽的空间建构与城市交通组织之间的关系,论述了客运枢纽空间建构与城市交通作用机制耦合发展的模式,从不同种类的耦合过程,对不同耦合发展模式的竞争力进行量化分析,得到不同类型的高速铁路客运站耦合发展模式的优化构建目标与模式选择,完善耦合发展模式体系,为高速铁路客运枢纽的总平面规划提供理论指导。然后通过研究高速铁路客运枢纽的平面布置与人流组织,导入空间句法理论的分析方法,结合GIS技术,探寻空间句法对客运枢纽建筑平面流线优化的应用,根据分析的图表数据评判各空间的优劣,并提出具体的优化方法,得到了较为合理的各类高速铁路客运枢纽的空间组织模式图,为高速铁路客运枢纽的内部平面设计提供了参考模式。最后研究高速铁路客运枢纽的可持续性,提出了高铁客运枢纽空间模式的可持续发展的设计原则。通过对我国大型公共建筑可持续设计的现状分析,从照明能耗、空调与通风能耗、生活热水能耗、办公设备能耗、建筑其它设施能耗和特殊功能的能耗等方面,系统地提出了高速铁路客运枢纽的可持续设计方法和技术手段。通过这些研究,本文从选址、总平面规划、内部平面布置、客流设计、可持续性设计等多个方面,系统地论述了高速铁路客运枢纽的空间建构,提出了具体的优化方法,为新建或改造高速铁路客运枢纽

【Abstract】 The space construction in the high-speed railway station was studied in four aspects:the relationship between the site selection of the station and the urban space, the design optimization of the connection between the outside space construction of the station and the urban traffic system, the plane arrangement and the traffic organization in the station, the sustainable design in the station.In the aspect of the relationship between the site selection of the station and the urban space, the influence of the station site selection to urban space was studied, and the station classification system was proposed. Based on the analysis of the existing evaluation system on site selection, the new quantitative evaluation system was established with three factors:Performance of the density; spread performance; the OD performance.Then, the design optimization of the connection between the outside space construction of the station and the urban traffic system was studied. The coupling development models for different station were analyzed. The coupling process and the competitiveness for different kinds of coupling models were studied. The optimized coupling models for different grade of station were obtained in order to give suggestions for the general layout design of the high-speed railway station.Thirdly, the plane arrangement and the traffic organization in the station were discussed. The methodologies of Space Syntax and Geographic Information System were used in the design in order to optimize the passenger flow line in the station plane. Integrated with the obtained graph data for different grade of station, the detailed optimization suggestions and the optimized design models for different grade of station were obtained in order to provide directions for station plane design.At last, the sustainable design was analyzed. The sustainable design principles were proposed. Then, the status analysis of the sustainable design in large-scale public buildings was summarized. Integrated with the building characters of the station, the suitable sustainable design methods and technologies were suggested.In conclusion, this paper systematically discussed about the spatial construction and the optimal design in the high speed railway passenger terminal from several aspects, including the site selection, the site planning, the inner plane arrangement, the traffic streamline design, the sustainable design and etc; it also proposed the principles on both planning design and architecture design in the high speed railway passenger terminal, so it could provide with the guidance standards when the passenger terminal building came into reconstruction or it needed to design a new one.
