【摘要】 以三坊七巷为中心的明清福州府城南部,文人辈出,文人建筑星罗棋布。本文除绪论、结论外,分为六章,对这一区域内的明清两朝主要文人建筑进行全面梳理和考察,力图展示这一区域明清两朝主要文人建筑和文学活动的整体面貌,并对其文学史地位和意义作出评价。《光禄坊与光禄派》考证光禄吟台、玉尺山房、紫藤花庵、陶舫、香草斋的文学活动,并考论了清代“光禄派”的成员、活动分期、特点和创作风格；《文采风流乌石山》考证明清时期乌石山的众多文人建筑及文学活动,展现该地文学活动的多样性与丰富性；《文儒坊与衣锦坊》考证有杞堂、匹园、何振岱故居、睫巢书屋的文学活动,并考论了说诗社的主要成员、活动分期和历史地位：《七巷和南后街》考证了黄楼、前后藤花吟馆、小琅嬛馆、让竹亭、郭柏荫故居、杨庆琛故居、自怡轩、竹韵轩、射鹰楼的文学活动,并对三山吟社、藤花吟社和耆英会等诗社作了考论；《朱紫坊和鳌峰坊》考证了芙蓉园、泊台、迟清亭、著存堂、冶园、鳌峰书院、天开图画楼的文学活动；《于山和平远台派》考证了平远台、红雨楼、绿玉斋、宛羽楼、赌棋山庄的文学活动,并考论了三个平远台诗社和平远台派的特点。更多还原

【Abstract】 The southern Ming and Qing Fuzhou Sanfangqixiang, the literati of giving birth to the literati buildings dotted.
