我国高端体育旅游的理论与实证研究

【摘要】 近年来我国高端体育旅游的迅速发展,不仅改变了我国体育旅游产业的结构,壮大了我国体育产业的规模和实力,同时也对我国的经济、社会和文化等方面产生了非常深刻的影响。因此,对高端体育旅游进行研究,意义重大。本文运用文献资料法、调查法和观察法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法、逻辑法等方法,以畅爽体验理论、消费社会学等理论为依据,首次从多元的视角对我国高端体育旅游进行了比较全面、系统的分析与研究,具体如下内容如下:(1)高端体育旅游,是相对于传统的“大众”体育旅游而言的一种具有不同特质的旅游形式。是指随着体育旅游市场的不断成熟、为满足游客追求“畅爽”体验之需求,由旅游企业开发的“高精尖”体育旅游产品。它是部分人士所热衷的一项特殊的体育旅游活动,是体育旅游发展到一定阶段的必然产物。(2)依据的标准不同,对高端体育旅游的分类也不同。综合相关研究成果,本文将高端体育旅游分为七大类,即:高端休闲类体育旅游、高端刺激类体育旅游、高端野战类体育旅游、高端节事类体育旅游、高端修学类体育旅游、高端观赏类体育旅游和高端竞技类体育旅游。(3)高端体育旅游具有以下功能:第一,对旅游者个体来讲,获取畅爽体验补偿自我匮缺;通过区隔消费空间满足符号消费偏好;第二,对体育旅游产业整体来讲,可以使其结构优化,促进我国体育旅游产业健康发展;第三,对相关产业来讲,通过高端体育旅游产业的聚集效应,形成优势竞争力;第四,对国家来讲,赚取更多外汇、提升国家形象。(4)我国高端体育旅游发展的原因有多方面。国民经济的持续发展为高端体育旅游的产生提供了物质保障;新近崛起的中、上阶层人士渴望通过高端体育旅游这一特殊介质来满足自己的体育消费偏好并以此来彰显他们的身份、地位或者财富,从而使高端体育旅游成为一种流行时尚。国家相关政策的制定为我国高端体育旅游的发展提供了方向,而交通、技术的极大改进和提高则为人们的出行提供了极大的便利。从微观层面来看,个人和家庭可随意支配收入的极大提高,为高端体育旅游活动提供了可能,而获取畅爽体验并获取社会的认同等因素则为他们提供了心理动力(5)当前我国高端体育旅游活动中存在着一些问题,如思想认识存在偏差,高端体育旅游被异化;资源开发比较混乱,产品结构欠佳;相关法规建设滞后或缺失,相关市场有失规范;相关人才严重不足,高端体育旅游后续发展明显乏力等。为此,我们必须采取一定的对策。不但要制定科学的体育旅游产业发展政策,合理规划、开发高端体育旅游资源,还要完善旅游立法体系,严格法律监管活动,以及注重人才培养,全面提升从业人员的专业素质。(6)结论与展望:高端体育旅游活动对我国已经具有多年的历史,但人们对其概念、内涵及功能等诸多方面的认识和理解仍然存在着许多偏见。尽管如此,高端体育旅游在带动我国体育旅游产业发展、壮大体育产业规模等方面的积极作用是有目共睹的,它对我国整个经济、社会、文化等方面的影响不容忽视。因此,本人将对我国高端体育旅游活动进行更加深入的研究,做出自己应有的贡献。

【Abstract】 Rapid development of high-end sports tourism in China in recent years has not only changed the our sports tourism industry structure as well as enlarged of China’s sports industry size and strength, but also has brought about a profound impact on China’s economic, social and cultural, etc. Therefore, study on the high-end sports tourism is significance.By looking up enormous bibliographies, interviewing many experts, distributing questionnaires and collecting statistics, applying the "Flow" Theory as well as Consumer Sociology Theory, the high-end sports tourism in China has been studied from multiple perspectives firstly in this dissertation and the following conclusion was drawn:(1) Compared with the traditional "mass" tourism, the high-end sports tourism is a kind of sports tourism with different characteristics. Along with the sports tourism market continues to mature, the tourism business developed such kind of "sophisticated" sports tourism products so as to meet the needs of someone who seeking the "flow" experience from their tourism. It is a kind of special sports tourism activities some people preference, and is the inevitable outcome when the sports tourism developed to a certain stage.(2) According to different standards, the classification of high-end sports tourism is also different. Comprehensive research results, the high-end sports tourism are divided into seven categories in this dissertation, namely:high-end leisure sports tourism, high-end stimulus sports tourism, high-end field sports tourism, high-end event sports tourism, high-end training sports tourism, high-end sightseeing sports tourism and high-end athletic sports tourism.(3) The high-end sports tourism has the following functions:First, tourists could obtain the "flow" experience so as to compensate their shortage; meanwhile, by the segmentation of consumer space, it could help them to meet the symbol consumption preference; second, it could make the structure of sports tourism industry optimization on the whole so as to promote the development of sports tourism industry healthy in China; third, with the help of the agglomeration effects of the high-end sports tourism industry,the related industries could formate the competitive advantage more easily; fourth, it can help the country to earn more foreign exchange as well as to enhance the national image.(4) The reasons for the development of high-end sports tourism in our country has many aspects. The sustained development of the national economy provides the material guarantee for the emerge of high-end sports tourism; the newly emerged upper class who eager to satisfy their sports consumption preference and to show their identity, status or wealth by the special medium of high-end sports tourism has made the high-end sports tourism become a fashion. The formulation of national policies related in China shown the direction for the development of the high-end sports tourism while the improvement of traffic and technology providing a great convenience for people to travel. From the microcosmic level, the greatly improvement of the discretionary income of individuals and families provided the possibility for the high-end sports tourism activities, and the aim to gain the "flow" experience as well as to obtain the identity element in society provides mental power for their.(5) Ofcours, there are some problems in our current high-end sports tourism activities, such as the deviation in ideological understanding, the alienation of the high-end sports tourism; the disorder of the resources development, poor product structure; construction of the relevant laws and regulations lag or missing, the relevant market is out of order; the subsequent development of sports tourism is obviously weaker caused by a serious shortage of high-end talent, etc. Therefore, we must take some countermeasures. Not only policies for the development of sports tourism industry should be formulated sciencely and the development of high-end sports tourism resources should be rational planned, but also need to perfect the legislation system of tourism, strict legal supervision activities, and pay more attention to the personnel training so as to improve the professional quality of employees.(6) Conclusion and Prospection:The high-end sports tourism has a historyof many years in our country, but there are still many prejudices in the people’s understanding of its concept, connotation and functions. Nevertheless, the positive effection to the development of the high-end sports tourism in the sports tourism industry in China is obvious to the people, and its influence on the whole economic, social, cultural and other aspects should not be ignored. Therefore, I would like to make further study on the high-end sports tourism in China and make some contribution necessary.
