【摘要】 当前我国正处于深刻社会转型期,中国特色社会主义伟大事业取得了举世瞩目的成就,也面临着一些挑战和压力。就道德领域而言,中国特色社会主义道德建设取得了巨大的成绩,我国社会道德的主流是进步的、积极的、向上的。但是,道德建设面临着许多挑战,在社会生活的许多领域出现了道德失范现象。道德是调整人们行为的基本社会规范,在推进中国特色社会主义伟大事业、全面建成小康社会的进程中发挥着重要的作用。道德失范现象的存在对社会生活的各领域有极大的负面效应,治理道德失范势在必行、任重道远。加强我国社会转型期道德失范问题研究具有重大的现实意义和深远的历史意义。本文吸收和借鉴国内外已有研究成果,从社会转型和道德的一般概念出发,对我国社会转型期道德失范的内涵、表现、危害、成因等进行了较为深入的阐述和分析,指明我国社会转型期道德失范治理的理论基础是马克思主义道德建设思想。在此基础上,提出我国社会转型期道德失范治理的目标原则、具体措施和实现路径。本文共有7章,主要框架结构和研究内容如下：第1章,导论。导论部分说明该研究缘起于作者对社会道德事件频发、道德建设的社会作用以及如何应对道德建设领域面临的挑战等问题的思考,介绍国内外关于道德失范问题的研究现状并对此进行评价。结合道德失范问题研究的实际需要,导论谈到本文的研究方法是综合比较法、系统分析法、文献研究法等,表明本文研究的基本问题是我国社会转型期道德失范治理的措施和路径问题,最后导论总结本文的创新之处在于对我国社会转型期道德失范的内容、结构、要素展开多维解读、从宏观、中观、微观三个层面的角度对我国道德失范现象的成因进行分析,从规范创新、控制刚度、舆论监督、道德教育等维度论述我国社会转型期道德失范治理的措施,从社会公德、职业道德、家庭美德以及个人品德方面阐述道德失范治理的路径。第2章,社会转型与道德失范解析。本章在全文逻辑结构中的地位是介绍研究涉及的基本概念“社会转型”、“道德失范”等。本章首先阐述了社会转型的内涵和特征、道德和道德失范的内涵与特征。在此基础上,客观分析我国社会转型期道德建设面临的挑战：全球化的挑战、市场化的挑战、工业化的挑战、城市化的挑战、网络化的挑战等,陈述转型期道德建设的重要意义：经济建设的精神基石、政治建设的内在要求、文化建设的重要内容和中心环节。第3章,我国社会转型期道德失范现象。现象描述是本章的主要思路,内容主要是介绍我国道德领域的现状。首先肯定了当前我国社会转型期道德主流是进步的、积极的、向上的。但由于研究的需要,本章主要篇幅是介绍道德失范在社会生活各领域的表现及其危害性,包括经济领域、政治领域、文化领域的道德失范的表现及危害性。这是全文后来分析道德失范现象产生原因和提出道德失范治理思路、措施和途径的铺垫。第4章,我国社会转型期道德失范现象的成因分析。正确分析道德失范问题产生的原因是正确解决道德示范问题的前提,本章从宏观、中观和微观三个层面较为详尽地分析了当前我国道德失范现象的产生的原因,宏观方面的因素有经济、政治、文化等,中观方面的因素有教育和信息因素等,微观方面的因素有家庭、社区和个人自身因素等。这为本文后来有针对性地提出对策提供了依据。第5章,我国社会转型期道德失范治理的理论基础和目标原则。本章指出,马克思主义是我国社会转型期道德失范治理的理论基础,我国社会转型期道德失范治理目标体现在社会公德、职业道德、家庭美德和个人品德四个方面,我国社会转型期道德失范治理的基本原则是以人为本原则、集体主义原则、互惠互利原则。第6章,我国社会转型期道德失范治理的措施和路径。在本文前述内容的基础上,提出道德失范治理的具体措施和实现路径是研究的根本目的,也是水到渠成的事情。本章分节阐述了我国社会转型期治理道德失范的具体原则：要使社会主义核心价值观深入人心、要与社会主义市场经济相适应、要与社会主义法律规范相协调、要与中华传统文化相承接；提出了我国社会转型期道德失范治理的具体措施：规范和制度创新、控制刚度、舆论导向和监督和道德教育等；认为我国社会转型期道德失范治理的路径是加强社会公德、职业道德、家庭美德和个人品德建设。第7章,结论与展望。在该部分,文章认为,我国社会转型期道德失范问题的出现有其必然性。但是,这一问题将随着我国社会转型的逐步深入和社会主义道德建设的不断加强而得到解决。社会转型期道德失范问题的研究已经引起了广大干部群众和理论工作者的热切关注并日益深化,本文只是对其中的某些重要问题进行了粗浅的分析和探讨,其他问题只好留到今后作进一步研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 Currently our country is being in the social transition period. The great cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics has gained great success that attract worldwide attention, but also faces some challenges and pressures. On the moral world, socialist moral construction with Chinese characteristics has made great achievements. The mainstream of social ethics in China is positive, progressive and upward. However, the moral construction is facing many challenges and pressures. In many areas of social life moral anomie phenomenon appears. Morality is the basic social norms to adjust people’s behavior. It plays an important role in the great cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics and a comprehensive well-off society. Moral anomie phenomenon exists in many areas of social life and it has a great negative effect. Moral anomie governance is imperative and is a long-term, arduous task. To strengthen the research on the moral anomie of our country has great realistic significance and far-reaching historical significance.This paper has absorbed and drawn lessons from the domestic and foreign research results. Through analyzing the general concepts of social transformation and moral,this paper deeply analyzed the connotation, features, hazards and causes of moral anomie phenomenon. It shows that the theoretical basis of moral anomie governance is the thought of Marx’s moral construction.On this basis, this paper put forward specific measures, objectives, principles and approaches to govern moral anomie.This paper consists of six chapters, the main structure and contents are as follows:The first chapter, introduction. The introduction part explains the study originated from the author’s thinking about the frequent moral events, the social effects of morality and how to face the challenges in the field, introduces the status quo of research on the moral problems at home and abroad and comment on this. Combined with the actual needs of the research,the part tells us the research method of this paper includes a comprehensive comparison method, system analysis method, investigation method, literature research method, and so on. The basic problem this paper studys is the specific measures and Implementation Path of moral anomie governance. The innovation of this paper lies in the multi-dimensional interpretation of moral anomie phenomenon, to analyse the reason of moral anomie phenomenon of our country from the macro, meso and micro angle. This part tells us that this paper will discuss the path of moral anomie governance from the dimension of standard innovation, stiffness, the supervision of public opinion, moral educationThe second chapter, the current Chinese social transformation and moral anomie. This chapter introduces the key concepts such as social transition, moral anomie, and so on. This chapter expounds the connotation and characteristics of Chinese social transformation and the moral anomie. On this basis, this part objectively analyse the challengements that moral construction faces:globalization, marketization, industrialization, urbanization and networking. This part will state the significance of moral construction:spiritual cornerstone of economic construction, the inherent requirements of political construction and the important content and the center link of culture construction.The third chapter, moral anomie phenomenon in the period of the social transition in our country. This part will introduce the status quo of moral field of our country. Firstly it affirmed that the moral mainstream is positive, progressive and good. Because of the need of study, this chapter mainly introduces the performance and the harm of moral anomie in various fields of social life including the political field, economic field, culture field. This is the way that this paper later analyses the causes of moral anomie and proposes moral anomie governance ideas, measures and approaches.The fourth chapter, analysis of the causes of Chinese moral anomie phenomenon. The correct analysis of the causes of moral anomie is the premise of solving problems of moral anomie. This chapter analyses the causes of current moral anomie from macro, meso and micro perspective, the macro factors are economic, political, cultural and other, the macro factors are education and information and other, the macro factors are family and community. This provides the basis for the paper to puts forward countermeasures later.The fifth chapter, the theoretical basis and principles of moral anomie governance during the period of social transformation in china. This chapter points out, the Marx doctrine is the basic theory of moral anomie governance in China’s social transition.The objectives of moral anomie governance embodies in the social morals, occupation ethics, family virtues and individual morality.The basic principles of moral reconstruction are the people-oriented principle, the principle of collectivism, the principle of mutual benefit.The sixth chapter, the specific measures and implementation approach to govern moral anomie in the period of our social transition. Based on the foregoing contents, the fundamental purpose of this study is to propose specific measures and Realization way to govern moral anomie.This chapter elaborated the Specific principles to govern moral anomie:To make the socialist core values in the hearts of the people, to adapt to socialist market economy, to coordinate with the socialist legal norms, to undertake Chinese traditional culture; Clarified several relations:tradition and modernity, Reality and Transcendence; Put forward specific measures:Specification and system innovation, moral sanction, public opinion and supervision and moral education. Realization ways to govern the moral anomie are the construction of social public morality, occupation morality and family virtue.The seventh chapter, the conclusion and prospect. In this part, the article thinks, moral anomie problem has its inevitability. However, this problem will be resolved with the development of China’s social transformation and the construction of socialist morality.The moral anomie problems of our social transition have attracted much attention. This paper attempts to analyses and discuss some important issues of these, other issues will have to be left for further study.更多还原
