【摘要】 人类社会现代化进程既给思想政治教育带来了充沛的内容和鲜活的形式,也给思想政治教育带来了严峻的挑战和较大的困境。人们孜孜以求优质的思想政治教育资源,以积极应对思想政治教育面临的挑战与困境。在对各种思想政治教育资源的比较中,红色资源被高度认可并广为开发利用。由此,如何充分发挥红色资源精神内涵科学先进、运用形式灵活多样的优势,有效实现红色资源思想政治教育价值,从而提高思想政治教育效果,纾解思想政治教育现实性困境,是运用红色资源开展思想政治教育应该深思和解决的问题。红色资源思想政治教育价值有效实现是指在对象性实践活动中,红色资源的存在、属性与思想政治教育主体的目的和需要相一致、相适合、相接近的关系由可能转化为现实,客体主体化的结果对主体具有肯定性的意义。红色资源因其发生的特定文化源泉、理论基础、现实依据和根本途径,故而具有鲜明的人民性、民族性、科学性、先进性和意识形态性等特征,运用红色资源开展思想政治教育既合规律又合目的,具有坚实的马克思主义理论依据和共生性实践依据。与此相应,红色资源思想政治教育价值形态包括思想引领、政治导向、道德激励、心理优化和审美熏陶等个体价值,以及经济、政治、文化和生态等社会价值,个体价值是目的性价值,社会价值是工具性价值,二者共同构成完整的红色资源思想政治教育价值。红色资源思想政治教育价值有效实现的本源性基础在于其生成机制,红色资源思想政治教育价值是在红色资源属性满足教育主体需要的实践中生成的,其中主体需要是生成动力,客体属性是生成基础,社会实践是生成途径。红色资源思想政治教育价值有效实现是有条件的,是在红色资源思想政治教育活动的主体、介体和环体的矛盾运动中实现的,因而,红色资源思想政治教育价值的有效实现受上述因素影响和制约。有效实现红色资源思想政治教育价值要遵循规律和原则,即要坚持诸要素相协同、真善美相交融和多价值相协调规律,以及开发与利用相结合、要素与整体相结合、科学性与革命性相结合、教育与自我教育相结合和理论与实践相结合原则。科学路径是红色资源思想政治教育价值有效实现的根本保障。要有效实现红色资源思想政治教育价值,必须加强党对红色资源思想政治教育工作的领导,建设一支素质精良、结构合理的红色资源思想政治教育人才队伍,坚持社会效益首要地位合理开发红色资源,创新有效实现红色资源思想政治教育价值的方法,构建有效实现红色资源思想政治教育价值的话语体系,建立有效实现红色资源思想政治教育价值的反馈调节机制。更多还原

【Abstract】 The progression of modern society has brought about not only rich content and varied forms but also serious challenges and predicament to ideological and political education. In order to cope with the challenges and predicaments confronting ideological and political education, people have been persistently seeking high-quality ideological resources. By comparison with other ideological and political education resources, red resources had been highly recognized and widely exploited. Therefore, the central issues concerning the utilization of red resources, which deserve to be pondered deeply over and addressed, are how to take full advantage of the advanced spiritual content of red resources and its flexible forms of utilization, how to effectively realize the ideological and political education value of red resources so as to enhance the effects of ideological and political education and how to solve the actual predicament in the ideological and political education.The effective realization of ideological and political education value of red resources is to turn the possibility that the existence and property of red resources is consistent or compatible with the objectives and needs of the subject of ideological and political education into reality through object-oriented practical activities; which is of positive significance for the subject. Due to its unique cultural origin, theoretical foundation, realistic basis and fundamental approach, it possesses distinctive characteristics such as close ties with the people and the nation, being scientific, advanced and ideological. Exploiting red resources for ideological and political education follows the laws and serves the purpose, which is firmly based on the theory of Marxism and symbiotic practice. In accordance with this, the value of ideological and political education includes individual values to ideological guidance, political orientation, moral motivation, psychological optimization and aesthetic influence as well as social values to economy, politics, culture and ecology. The individual values serve the purpose while the social values function as the instrument, which jointly constitutes the complete ideological and political education values of red resources.The effective realization of ideological and political education values of red resources relies on its generative mechanism. The effective realization of ideological and political education value of red resources is generated in the process of meeting the needs of the educational subject. In this process, the subject’s needs are the driving forces; the object’s property is generative basis; the social practice is the generative approach. The effective realization of the educational value of red ideological resources is conditional, which is achieved through the interaction among educational subjects, objects and context. Therefore, the effective realization of ideological and political education value of red resources is influenced and constrained by the above-mentioned factors. Hence, effective realization of ideological and political education value of red resources lies with adherence to the laws and principles. In other words, all key factors must be coordinated; truth, good and beauty should be mingled while multiple sets of values ought to be synchronized; exploitation should be integrated with utilization; individual elements and the whole should both be taken into account; science should be blended with revolution; teaching should be mixed with self-education; theory should be combined with practice.Scientific approaches are the essential guarantee for the effective realization of ideological and political education value of red resources. To effectively realize ideological and political education value of red resources, it is necessary that the Party’s leadership in utilization of red ideological resources should be strengthened; a high-quality and well-structured talent team should be cultivated; social benefits should be given priority while red resources are properly exploited; innovative techniques for utilizing red resources for ideological and political education should be implemented; a discourse system to draw on the values of red resources to ideological and political education should be established; effective feedback and adjustment mechanisms for the effective realization of ideological and political education value of red resources should be set up.更多还原
