高校思想政治教育生态论

【摘要】 思想政治教育生态的研究,是基于当前思想政治教育发展中存在的种种问题而提出的。尽管当前党和国家相当重视,投入扩大,各方认真对待,方式多样,然思想政治教育的效果总不尽如人意。尤其是高校,作为培养社会主义高等人才的重要领地,其对大学生思想政治素质的提升起着关键作用,但现实中总感到一种莫名的困惑。各种矛盾的凸显,证实了传统模式的严重缺陷,需要拓展思维,寻求思想政治教育研究的新领域。后现代文明时代是生态时代,这时,人们关注的目光自然转向了生态视角。即以一种全面、系统、整体、平衡及可持续发展的观点来分析高校思想政治教育的过程。摒弃以往思想政治教育过程中主客体不平等、套用或滥用介体、超越环体的弊病,以培养“完整的人”为目标,注重人与自然、人与社会、人与人的交往互动,从而达到主体与环境及其他要素的整体协同发展,真正提高思想政治教育的实效性。本研究首先以教育领域的生态危机引入人们对于生态问题的觉醒和关注,教育生态化趋势就成为教育发展的必然方向,为思想政治教育生态的研究做好了铺垫。继而评述思想政治教育生态研究现状及存在问题,提出自己选题的必要性与可能性,并总结出本研究关涉的第一个主要问题,即高校思想政治教育生态的内涵,也指要素。因为以生态视角分析高校思想政治教育问题,实质是把其看作一个生态系统,分析研究系统中各构成要素及要素配置问题。高校思想政治教育生态是研究高校思想政治教育系统内各要素之间以及要素与环境间相互作用的过程、规律及整体生态平衡的一种方法论思考和价值取向。本文除关注思想政治教育生态系统包含的主体与环境两大基本要素之外,还根据目标的决定意义、信息流的贯穿意义及课堂的阵地意义,选取这几方面内容为高校思想政治教育生态系统的构成要素。生态系统在发展过程中,必然因外界干扰和内部要素配置问题,出现各种生态失衡状况,这就进入本研究的第二个关键问题,即高校思想政治教育生态的问题剖析。应该说,高校思想政治教育生态问题主要体现在目标的现实偏差、主体因子动态失衡、系统与生态环境的断层、介体滞后及可持续发展力不足几方面。内在根源大体与思想政治教育过程自身的矛盾、全球化与市场经济的冲击、功利主义教育观、传统教育理念及方式、系统内外环境的不同步、理论与现实的脱节密不可分。找出高校思想政治教育存在的“非生态”现象,探寻其背后内在的原因,然后自然进入本研究的第三个核心问题,即高校思想政治教育生态的路径选择。因为高校思想政治教育生态系统的各要素之间是相互关联、交互作用的关系,目标的生态发展,可以引导主体行为、设置教育内容、营造生态环境、建构生态课堂;主体的生态发展,建立起主体间性关系,可以遵循教育目标、合理把握教育内容、反作用于教育环境、打造生态课堂;教育信息的合理发展及生态反馈,是对目标的科学反映,利于教育主体传授与接受,将主体与环境有机联结起来,达到系统的合理运行、动态平衡;课堂是高校思想政治教育的主阵地,课堂生态亦是教育生态的主要组织形式,课堂生态系统是学校教育生态系统的子系统,对母系统也有着积极的能动作用。因此,从高校思想政治教育生态系统的要素着手,关注要素自身的发展及要素间的关联性,提出解决问题的具体路径。体现在目标生态上,要求关注“现实的人”和“主体的人”,最终培养出“完整的人”;主体生态上,要求实现主体间性转换,加强教师、学生及各类教育资源的自身发展及交互能动作用;信息生态上,重点选取内容和评价两方面,要求实现内容的合理性以及教学信息的科学反馈与控制;环境生态上,关注系统内外环境的优化,尤其是学校文化的生态建设;课堂生态上,要求运用教育生态学原理审视课堂,树立全新的课堂生态意识、建设实践特色的课堂生态教学模式。最终达到各要素自身及相互之间的整体、和谐、平衡、协同发展,从而保证高校思想政治教育生态系统的平稳前行。

【Abstract】 Ideological and political education ecology research, is based on the current ideological and political education the problems existed in development of. Despite the current party and country seriously quite, investment to expand, all seriously, in various ways, but the effect of Ideological and political education not just as one wishes. Especially college, as cultivating socialist talents of higher important territory, on the promotion of college students moral quality plays a key role, but in reality always feel a sense of confusion. All kinds of contradictions, confirm the traditional mode of serious defects, it needs to develop thinking, seeking a new field in the study of Ideological and political education. Modern civilization era is the era, then, people’s attention to the natural ecological perspective.As a comprehensive, system, overall, balanced and sustainable development point of view to analysis the process of Ideological and political education in universities. Abandon the past ideological and political education of subject and object in the process of inequality, use or abuse mediated, beyond the ring body ills, to cultivate the" whole person" as the goal, focus on people and nature, people and society, people and people interaction, thereby achieve the subject and environment and other elements of the whole coordination development, real improving the effectiveness of Ideological and political education. This study first to the field of education, ecological crisis to introduce people to ecological problems with arousal and attention, education ecology tendency has become the inevitable trend of development of education, the ideological and political education for the ecological research has laid a good groundwork. And then makes comments on Ideological and political education ecology research present situation and the existence question, proposed the necessity and the possibility of their topic, and summarizes the research concerning the first major problem, namely the University Ideological and political education ecology connotation, also refers to the elements. Because of the ecological perspective analysis of universities ideological and political education problem, essence is to make it as an ecological system, analysis of system elements and element configuration problem. Ideological and political education ecology is the study of the ideological and political education system elements and between the elements and the environmental interaction, regularity and the overall ecological balance with a methodology of thinking and values. Besides the attention to ideological and political education ecology system contains two basic elements of subject and environment, also according to the goals of the decision, the flow of information through the meaning significance and class position, choose the content of a few respects for ideological and political education ecological system components. The ecological system in the development process, inevitable due to outside interference and internal factor allocation problem, the emergence of various ecological imbalance, It is in this study of second key issues, namely, ideological and political education ecological problems. Should say, College Ideological and political education ecological problems are mainly embodied in objective reality, subjective factor deviation dynamic unbalance, system and ecological environment, the fault mediated lag and sustainable development capacity is insufficient aspects. Internal causes of cardinal principle and process of Ideological and political education, the contradiction of globalization and market economy, the impact of utilitarian education, traditional education idea and method, system environment is not synchronized, theory and reality are inseparable. Find out the ideological and political education in universities the" ecological" phenomenon, exploring its inner reasons behind, and then enrolled in the study on the third core issues, namely the University Ideological and political education ecology path selection. Because the College Ideological and political education ecological system between each element are interrelated, interaction relation, goal of ecological development, can guide the behavior of the main body, set the educational content, create ecological environment, building ecological classroom; The main ecological development, establish intersubjectivity relationship, can follow the education goal, a reasonable grasp of education content, reaction to the educational environment, build the ecological classroom; Education information for rational development and ecological feedback, is on target for the subject of education science reflects, imparting and receiving, the main body and the environment organic join, achieve system reasonable operation, dynamic balance; The classroom is the main position for ideological and political education in universities, classroom ecology educational ecology is the main organization form of school education, classroom ecological system ecological system subsystem, the parent system also has a positive role. Therefore, from the ideological and political education ecosystem aspects, pay attention to its own development and the essential elements of the associated sex, put forward to solve the problem of concrete path. From the ecological requirements, concerns about "realistic man" and" the main man" eventually develop" complete person"; The main ecosystem, demand to realize intersubjectivity transition, strengthening the teachers, students and all kinds of educational resources’development and interactive dynamic role; Information ecology, focusing on selected content and evaluated on two dimensions, required to achieve the rationality of content and teaching information feedback and control; Environmental ecology, pay attention to system of the inner and outer environment, especially school ecological culture construction; Classroom ecology, require the use of educational ecology theory examine the classroom, establish brand-new classroom ecological consciousness, construction practice characteristics of classroom ecological teaching pattern. Ultimately achieve the elements themselves and between the overall, harmonious, balanced and coordinated development, so as to ensure the College Ideological and political education ecological system and smooth forward.
