【摘要】 本论文以湖北省农业厅“湖北省农业十二五信息化”规划为指导,结合湖北省农业系统信息化建设的目标要求与现状,在分析湖北省、市、县、镇、乡、户等多种信息用户特点的基础上,围绕以下几个方面进行了湖北省农业信息化的规划与总体建设。一是完成了省级信息节点的信息化设计与建设,从而完成顶层系统信息资源的规划。二是完成县市级信息化节点系统设计,根据系统顶层设计要求,在数据环境重构的基础上,完成部分主要的业务系统开发。三是正在进行终端用户的信息服务模式的设计与开发,由于计算机网络技术的飞速发展,目前正结合最新的通信技术开发相应的终端用户服务系统。最后提出基于网格应用的信息交换编码设计的思路与要求,以解决由于条块分割管理带来的数字鸿沟和信息孤岛问题,从而奠定了湖北省农业信息系统建设可持续发展的基础。通过多年的建设,目前已完成省级信息系统、省市县三级数据统计系统设计与开发,部分已经投入使用,正在完善的工作主要是：农业数据终端服务系统,远程灾难备份系统等。用现代信息技术加速改造传统农业是农业信息化的终极目标,可大幅度提高农业生产效率和农业生产力水平,促进农业产业可持续性发展。但农业信息化进程是一个长期的历史过程,不能一蹴而就,需要几代人努力奋斗。农业信息化也将随着科学技术水平的提高,以及农业生产模式的变革,具有崭新的内涵。更多还原

【Abstract】 This thesis is based on the "12th Five Year Plan of Hubei Agricultural Information " of Hubei Department of Agriculture, According to Goals and Present situation of information construction of agriculture of Hubei. Based on analysis of different types of information user’s characteristics, around the following aspects of Hubei Agricultural Information planning and overall construction were discussed.1. Completion of the provincial information node design and construction, and system’s top-level information resource planning.2. Completion of the design of the system of county and prefecture-level information node. Depending on the system design requirements, on the basis of reconstruction of the data environment, to complete system of some of the major business systems development.3.The ongoing of end-user information service model design and development, which taking advantage of the most advanced communications technology to develop end-user service systems.4.Propose for the information exchange code’s design ideas and requirements based on Grid Computing,to solve the Managed of fragmentation which caused the digital divide and islands of information, and laid the basis for sustainable development of Hubei information construction of agriculture.Through years of construction, has completed the provincial information system, provincial cities and counties three statistical system’s design and development, and some are already in use. Ongoing work includes:Terminal Services system of Agricultural Data, remote disaster recovery systems, etc.The ultimate goal of Agricultural Information is the use of modern information technology to accelerate the transformation of traditional agriculture. To help greatly improve the efficiency of agricultural production and agricultural productivity levels and promote sustainable development industrialization of agriculture. But complete Agricultural Information takes a long time, cannot be done overnight, take generations to work hard.
