大倾角硬厚煤层综放工作面支护技术及应用研究

【摘要】 本文根据潞新煤矿实际地质条件,针对大倾角硬厚煤层工作面的特点,提出了大倾角硬厚煤层综放工作面支护技术。采煤工艺和支护装备分别采取了应对措施,以维护工作面生产安全。通过对水平工作面、大倾角工作面、坚硬煤层工作面等采场围岩关系的分析,对工作面支护设备——液压支架进行了选型、设计、支护强度计算与校验,也对液压支架进行了运动、可靠性及稳定性分析,液压支架各部分结构均针对大倾角硬厚煤层特点而设计,因此有很强的适应性。通过长期工业性试验,分析综合试验数据,对采场压力进行检测,对液压支架的结构性能、支护与运动的稳定性能进行充分的检验,完善了大倾角硬厚煤层综放工作面的支护技术理论及应用实践。

【Abstract】 According to the geological conditions of Luxin coal mines, For the characteristics of hard thick coal,proposed Steep hard thick Coal Seam support technology and its application,coal mining technology and supporting equipment were taken countermeasures to protect working security. Through the analysis of surrounding rock relations about the level face, Steep face, hard coal face and so on, On the face support equipment-Hydraulic Support for the selection, design, support strength calculation and verification,and also analysis the movement of Hydraulic Support, reliability and stability, the design of Hydraulic Support’s structure completely for the characteristics of Steep thick coal seam,for it is very adaptable. Through long-term industrial tests, analysis the comprehensive test data, testing the pressure on the mining field and doing the full examination for the Hydraulic Support’s structure performance, the supports and protections and the movement stable performance improved the Steep hard thick coal seam face support theory and application practice.
