索网穹顶结构协同作用特性及施工全过程跟踪研究

【摘要】 索穹顶结构是20世纪末发展起来的一种崭新的大跨度空间结构体系。论文根据索穹顶结构特有的力学性能,以次索网支承屋面索穹顶结构为研究对象,从主次结构索网协同工作特性分析、创新施工方法、施工全过程模拟分析等几方面进行了较为系统的研究。根据动力松弛法原理,编制索穹顶的施工模拟以及荷载态分析程序,对刚性屋面索穹顶结构协同工作机理进行分析,建立刚性屋面索穹顶结构静力分析的力学模型,基于有限单元分析推导,并与ANSYS程序进行分析结果对比,得出索穹顶结构在满跨荷载和非对称荷载作用下,构件内力和位移的变化规律以及刚性网格系统的协同工作对整体结构刚度和承载力的影响。基于拉索原长控制技术,采用“非线性动力有限元法”,跟踪整个施工过程,模拟分析施工过程中结构的响应。

【Abstract】 The cable dome have been developed as a new large-span spatial structures system at theend of the20th century. According to the unique mechanical properties of cable dome, thecable dome of secondary cable net supporting roof was systematic researched as researchobject through the cooperative work characteristic analysis of primary and secondary cablenet, the innovate construction method and the simulation analysis of whole constructionprocess etc. The construction simulation and load state analysis of cable dome program wascompiled based on the dynamic relaxation principle. The mechanical model of rigid roofingcable dome was established through the analysis of cooperation mechanism of rigid roofingcable dome. The effect of internal force and displacement of members variation law and thecooperative work of rigid grid system on the whole structure rigidity and bearing capacityunder full span asymmetric load were obtained based on the general FEM analysis programsANSYS. On the basis of cable original length control technology, the structural response ofconstruction process was analysed by using nonlinear dynamic finite element method andtracking the whole construction process.
