深井巷道掘进次生应力影响效应及加固对策研究

【摘要】 本文以淮南矿业集团朱集矿千米深井巷道的地应力与掘进次生应力的耦合显现问题为对象,通过巷道掘进次生应力扰动围岩的力学性能试验检测,相邻巷道掘进影响的模型试验与数值模拟分析,结合既有巷道围岩支护结构受邻近巷道掘进影响效应的现场监测,得到了深井巷道围岩受矿建期间各种井巷开挖次生应力影响后的力学性能劣化指标;揭示了深井巷道的不同位置对开挖次生应力显现的影响关系;获得了千米深井煤巷开挖次生应力对既有顶板岩巷支护结构的影响效应指标;研究提出了强化拱架棚腿与锚喷注联合加固方案抵御开挖次生应力耦合显现效应的有效对策。论文研究工作对揭示深井巷道开挖次生应力的作用效应和合理设计支护结构具有重要理论意义和应用价值。

【Abstract】 The excavating secondary stresses coupling with underground stresses and theirshowing effects in the kilometer deep tunnels of Zhuji Coal Mine of Huainan MiningGroup are studied in this dissertation. Through the test measuring mechanics propertiesof tunnel around rock disturbing with excavating actions, the mould experiments andsimulating analysis of mutual affects for near tunnel excavations and combined withthe field monitoring for the support deformations of existing rock tunnel subjected tonear tunnel excavating, the degradation amounts of mechanics properties of tunnelaround rock suffering with all excavating secondary stress actions are obtained, theaffecting relations of different excavating positions of deep mine tunnels withexcavating secondary stress coupling appearances are shown, and the effect amounts ofthe supporting deformations of existing roof rock tunnel subjected to excavatingsecondary stresses of down coal roadway are achieved in this paper. Through fieldapplication experiments the available supporting ways to treat with excavatingsecondary stress coupling actions are proposed, which is the unite proposal ofconsolidating leg supports of steel arch with anchoring and spraying as well asinjecting concrete. The research results will have the important theoreticalsignificances for understanding the excavating secondary stress effects of deep minetunnels and have application worthiness for reasonable designing supporting treatways.
