炮掘岩巷掘进影响因子系统分析及综合评价研究

【摘要】 针对炮掘岩巷平均进尺普遍过低的问题,通过调查问卷的总结分析,采用系统论和解析结构模型系统分析了影响炮掘岩巷掘进的表层、中层、深层因子;在线性规划的视角下,提出通过建立掘进系统的机械化配套选择模型为科学选择掘进机械提供技术支持;通过BP神经网络和MATLAB软件实现了炮掘岩巷工程特征和月进尺的非线性映射关系,并利用灰色关联度甄选输入指标,使得模型预测精度更高;最后分析得到了较全面炮掘岩巷施工效果的评价指标体系,建立了多层次模糊综合评判模型来对岩巷掘进施工效果进行量化评价;给出普掘和快掘的经济效益比较模型和工期效益模型来评判快掘在经济效益方面的优势,最后通过实证研究证实模型建立的正确性,为实行快速掘进施工提供决策支持,为煤炭企业实行岩巷快速掘进提供动力支持。

【Abstract】 Blasting rock drivage footage is generally too low,making a summary analysis by the surveyquestionnaire and theory study,using systems theory and Interpretative Structural Modelingsystematic analysic surface,middle and deep influence factor of rock drift drivage,under thelinear programming perspective, establishing mechanized selection model of the drivage systemto provide technical scientific and technic support; making nonlinear relationship between rockdrift engineering features and monthly footage by BP neural network and MATLAB software,using gray relational degree to select input indicators for more accurate of model predictions,getting a more comprehensive rock drift construction effect evaluation index system, establishedAHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model to quantify the evaluation of the rock driftconstruction effect, establishing benefit comparing models between general drivage and rapiddrivage and the advantage of benefit model for reducing construction time, and finally throughempirical studies had confirmed the correctness of the model to provide decision support andgiving powered support for coal enterprises doing the rapid drivage.
