汾西矿区采区巷道分类与支护参数研究

【摘要】 为了解决汾西矿区采区巷道现场条件复杂、支护困难的问题,本文对汾西矿区采区巷道进行分类,并对各类型巷道提出了合理的支护参数。通过现场调研深入研究汾西矿区巷道的变形特征及原因,汇总汾西矿区十年内的科研成果。设计巷道围岩稳定性分类指标汇总表,确定了11个分类指标,将汾西矿区58条巷道数据整理成样本库,利用Matlab软件建立BP神经网络模型,对巷道进行分类。在分类研究的基础上,对采区巷道支护技术进行研究,以新峪矿D1206材料巷为典型巷道,在强帮强角支护理论指导下,通过理论分析与数值模拟相结合的方法,得出合理的支护方案,并设计了汾西矿区各类型巷道的支护参数表。对分类和支护研究成果进行现场应用,在D1206材料巷进行工业试验,获得良好的井下支护效果。

【Abstract】 To sovle the problems of supporting difficulties in complicated field conditions, thedistrict roadway in Fenxi mining area were classified, and the reasonable supportingparameters of each roadway type was put forward. The recent ten years scientific workin Fenxi mining area was summarized through field investigation and further researcheson deformation characteristics and reasons of roadways. The stability classificationindexes summary sheet was designed in which11indexes were determined, and58roadways data in Fenxi mining area were organized into sample database, the BPartificial neural network model was established by using of Matlab software which hasclassified the roadway. Then, the mining roadway supporting technology was studiedcomprehensively based on classification research, and roadway D1206of Xinyu minewas chosen as a typical representation. Under the guidance of coal roadway’s strongsidewall and corner theory, combining with theoretical analysis and numericalsimulation, the reasonable supporting scheme and supporting parameter tables ofvarious type district roadway were obtained. The classification and supporting researchachievements were carried out for field application, and good underground supportingeffect was obtained according to the industrial test on D1206material roadway.
