超高水材料充填开采覆岩控制机理研究及应用

【摘要】 基于建下开采、保水开采、工作面过空巷的关键共性问题——覆岩控制问题为出发点,安全、高效、高采出率地开采煤炭资源为目标,充填超高水材料为手段,综合运用采煤学、流体力学、岩石力学、矿山开采沉陷学等相关理论,通过理论分析、实验室研究、计算机数值模拟、现场试验等方法,研究与探讨了不同需求下的超高水材料充填开采覆岩控制机理,提出了采场覆岩中若干组软弱岩层在活动中存在“排队现象”和“追赶现象”,揭示了基本顶关键层的控制是充填开采技术成功的关键,发现了充填开采能明显减弱覆岩的活动程度,提出了充填开采条件下多个工作面应优先选用跳采开采顺序,分析了不同采空区充填方法的保水开采机理,研究了超高水材料充填过空巷覆岩控制机理,有效指导了工程实践。

【Abstract】 Based on key common issues about mining under building, water conservation mining and face passing through abandoned roadway-overlying strata control problems as the starting point, safe, efficient, high recovery rate of exploitation of coal resources as the aim, filled with superhigh-water packing materials as the mean, comprehensive use related theories e.g. mining science, fluid mechanics, rock mechanics and mining subsidence, through theoretical analysis, laboratory research, computer numerical simulation and field trials, mechanism of overlying strata controlling for superhigh-water material backfill mining in different needs was researched and explored,"queuing phenomenon" and "catch-up phenomenon" existing in the actibities of several groups of soft rocks in overlying strata was pointed out, the key to the success of backfill mining technology is to control the basic layer of the key stratum was revealed, the case that backfill mining can weakened activity level of the overburden rock significantly was discovered, this article puts forward that backfill mining conditions the multiple faces should be preferred jump mining in the condition of backfill mining was put forward, the mechanism of water conservation mining in different conditions were analyzed, the mechanism about overlying strata control of superhigh-water packing material filling the abandoned roadway was studied, and the Conclusions guided the engineering practice effectively.
