复采煤层充填开采方法及其地表下沉机理研究

【摘要】 复采“三下”压煤一直以来都是开采难题,一方面要保证复采煤层的安全可采性,另一方面要减小采动引起的地表移动变形,因此,对开采技术提出了更高的要求。本文以瑞丰煤业四煤复采为典型研究对象,进行复采“三下”压煤开采方法、工艺及应用研究。论文首先从技术和安全的角度,对该矿“三下”煤层复采可行性进行分析,进而建立其可采性评价模型,针对瑞丰煤业四煤实际开采条件,确定采用充填开采方法进行回采。其次对该矿压煤充填复采的方法及工艺进行研究,提出了混合充填材料(矸石散料加超高水材料)的充填开采模式和充填工艺。最后采用通用离散元法对煤层充填复采过程进行数值计算和现场观测研究,得出了混合充填材料复采“三下”压煤的覆岩移动规律及矿压显现特征。本文的研究成果在瑞丰煤业四煤开采过程中得到了成功应用,取得了显著的经济效益和社会效益,具有一定的推广意义和应用前景。

【Abstract】 "Three undergroud" repeated mining is always a mining problem. On the one hand, it needs ensure the safety mining possibility of repeated mining coal seam, on the other hand, it also needs reduce the surface movement and deformation caused by mining which is a high requirement for mining technology Taking4#repeated mining area of Ruifeng coal mine as the typical research object, this paper describes the studies of mining methods, technology and application of "Three undergroud" repeated mining. Firstly, according to the technical and safety analysis, the paper analyzes the feasibility of "Three undergroud" repeated mining and then establishes evaluation mode) of "Three undergroud" repeated mining recoverability. Based on the actual mining conditions of4#repeated mining area, through the feasibility study, backfill mining method is chosen. Then, through the research of "Three undergroud" backfill mining method and process in the repeated mining, backfill mining mode and filling process with mixed materials (coal mine waste discrete material with superhigh water material) have been proposed. Finally, according to the numerical calculation and on-site observation and research of the backfill repeated mining process by using DEM, the coal strata movement and regularity of mine pressure of "Three undergroud" repeated mining are exposed.The research of this paper has been successfully applied in the process of4#coal mining and achieves significant economic and social benefits, which has promotion significance and application prospects.
