基于逆向工程与CFD的矿井主扇风机流场分析及仿真研究

【摘要】 矿井主扇风机是煤矿安全生产的关键技术装备,矿井主扇风机能否正常运转关系到整个矿井的生产安全。作者所在课题组提出了矿用设备健康维护系统,针对矿井轴流风机进行建模仿真研究,分析其性能以及故障特性。首先对矿井轴流风机结构进行建模,由于矿井轴流风机的结构参数资料不详,尤其叶轮部分的参数生产厂家无法提供,本文采用了逆向工程方法对风机进行逆向建模,即通过三维扫描获取其点云数据,用建模软件对其数据进行处理,同时对其进行反求建模,进一步对模型进行网格划分,导入到流体仿真软件中进行求解。采用FLUENT软件对矿井轴流风机正常状态下的流场进行仿真求解,通过对不同工况下的流场进行模拟获得其流场特性曲线,并对其特性进行分析,为矿井轴流风机运行状态下的优化提供参考。本文对矿井轴流风机的典型故障进行流场仿真,分析其故障下的流场特性,以及可能导致故障的原因和故障发展规律,为矿井主扇风机的预知维护提供重要的依据。

【Abstract】 The coal is main part of our country energy, mine main fan is the key technology and equipment of safety production in coal mine. Mine fan which can be normal operation is in relation to the whole mine production efficiency and production safety, the author’s group put forward the research of mining equipment health maintenance system, as for the equipment simulation part it makes mine axial flow fan model simulation, and analyzes its performance and fault characteristics.At first it take model of the axial flow fan structure, in view of the mine axial flow fan structure parameter insufficient, especially the impeller part of the parameters unavailable directly from manufactures, in this paper it takes advantage of the reverse engineering method to make reverse fan model. Firstly through3d scanning it get the point cloud data, then make use of modelling software for the data processing, finally take the reverse modelling. Next by obtaining model grid division, it imports the file to fluid simulation software for solving.The normal state of the flow field in mine axial flow fan is simulated by using FLUENT software, based on the internal flow field simulation of different work condition flow, it get and analyze the performance curve and provides optimization Suggestions for current status of performance of mine axial flow fan. In addition this paper simulates typical fault, and analyzes the flow field characteristic, the cause and law of development of failure, it provides important basis for prescient maintenance of mine fan.
