干河煤矿大断面巷道围岩稳定性分析及控制技术研究

【摘要】 本文利用实验室实验、理论分析、模型试验、数值模拟和现场试验的方法研究了干河煤矿大断面巷道围岩稳定机理及控制技术。研究成果主要有:(1)得出了干河煤矿巷道围岩地质力学特征以及干河煤矿巷道围岩稳定性分级。(2)计算出大断面巷道合理掘进空顶距和煤帮移近量。(3)得出了大断面巷道掘进工作面应力场、支护应力场和采动应力场的时空变化规律及其相互之间的联系和特点。得到了掘进工作面空顶距的时空演化规律以及临时支护与空顶距的关系。(4)得出了高强高预紧力锚杆支护对大断面巷道围岩煤帮变形、应力分布及塑性区分布的影响规律,以及强帮控制技术在干河煤矿现场成功试验。研究成果对大断面巷道围岩稳定性控制具有重要的理论指导和实践意义。

【Abstract】 Large cross-section roadway rock stability mechanism and control technology ofGanhe coal mine is studied by using laboratory experiments, theoretical analysis,model test, numerical simulation and field test in this paper. The main research resultsare:(1) Rock geomechanical feature and stability classification of Ganhe coal mine areobtained.(2) Large cross-section roadway unsupported roof distance and deformationaround roadway is calculated.(3) Temporal and spatial variation law and therelationship and feature between them of large cross-section roadway heading facestress field, support stress field and mined stress field are obtained.(4) the affection ofhigh strength and high preload force to large cross-section roadway deformationaround roadway, stress distribution and plastic area distribution is concluded. And thefiled test of strengthened sides control technology was successful. There is importanttheoretical and practical significance of the research result to large cross-sectionroadway rock stability control.
