屯兰矿大断面巷道沿空留巷技术研究

【摘要】 论文以矿山压力理论为基础,根据屯兰矿工作面实际地质条件,提出了适合沿空留巷的工作面巷道布置与回采工艺;根据充填体在首次、二次采动动条件下和内部受力分析得出巷旁充填体合理参数;研究开发了膏体混凝土巷旁充填材料,工作面采用巷旁充填模板支架,支架自行前移机械立模,确保巷旁充填施工质量;应用高预应力锚索、强力锚杆与巷旁充填体来实现留巷基本支护与充填墙体支护系统,提出在充填体中布置钢筋网的充填体内加固方法,注浆密封充填体裂缝,最终实现了工作面沿空留巷“Y”型通风方式。通过现场实测结果表明沿空巷道能够经受两次采动影响,保证顺利回采,有效解决了工作面瓦斯超限问题。该沿空留巷技术在屯兰矿区推广应用,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。

【Abstract】 Based on underground pressure theory, according to actual geological condition of workfacein Tunlan Mine, the mining roadway arrangement and mining technology which suitable forgob-side entry retaining were put forward; according to the backfill force analysis within fillingbody or under the first and second mining influence, reasonable parameter of roadside backfillwas obtained; paste-concrete roadside filling material was developed, roadway adjacent fillingtemplate stents are used in workingface, stents can anterior shift mechanical formwork erectionin self to ensure the quality of roadway adjacent filling; the gob-side entry retaining basicsupport and filling wall support system was achieved by using high prestressed anchor cable,high strength anchor and roadside backfill, a strengthening method that arrange meshreinforcement within backfill was put forward, sealed wall crack with grouting, achievedY-ventilation mode of gob-side entry retaining technology. The field tests results showed thatgob-side entry retaining technology can stand twice mining influence and ensure miningsmoothly, solved gas transfinite issue successfully. The gob-side entry retaining technology waspopularized and applied in Tunlan Mine and has obtained pretty good economic and socialbenefits.
