千米深井软岩巷道围岩破坏机理及其控制技术

【摘要】 本文以邢东矿千米深井软岩巷道支护为工程背景,采用理论分析、数值模拟和现场试验相结合的综合研究方法,系统研究了千米深井软岩巷道围岩变形破坏规律,深部软岩巷道围岩控制机理和技术方法。获得了以下主要研究成果:(1)揭示了千米深井软岩巷道围岩变形破坏规律的时效性,成巷初期位移变化速率大,部分变形在现有支护条件下不可控,以让为主,后期位移量持续增加但变化速率趋缓,该变形采用高强支护系统可控,能够满足工程需要;(2)提出了深部软岩巷道“大让压—强支护”二次支护理念,得出不同让压程度下保持巷道围岩稳定所需的最小支护强度,该支护强度随让压程度的增大而减小,让压140mm,施加0.2Mpa的支护阻力,可使围岩变形控制在工程允许范围内;(3)确定了深部软岩巷道二次支护技术体系,一次支护采用锚杆+锚索联合支护让压,二次支护采用全封闭多边形工钢支架+围岩注浆加固,全封闭多边形工钢支架顶底承载能力为0.33MPa的强度,侧梁承载能力为0.35Mpa。本文提出的千米深井软岩巷道二次支护技术在邢东矿进行了现场试验,取得了良好效果。

【Abstract】 The engineering background of this paper is based on the1000m-depth soft rock roadway support in Xing dong mine. To conduct a systematic study on the law of deformation and failure, the control mechanism and technical method about the deep soft surrounding rocks roadway, aintegrated research method about theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and field test is used.The following main results are obtained:(1) This paper reveals the timeliness of the1000m-depth soft rock roadway deformation and failure law. During the initial stage of excavation. the displacement change rate is big and the main support law is press-yield in result of the imcontrol deformation on current conditions.During the later stage, the displacement is continuously increasing but the displacement rate is slow, and the strong support system can meet the project need;(2)The secondary support concept "Huge press-free and strong support" is raised in roadway surrounded by deep soft rocks. Minimum support strength that can keep the roadway surrounding rock stability come up with in different degrees of press-free, and support strength will increase as the degrees of press-free decrease. We can make the surrounding rocks deformation under our control in apermitted range of project if140mm press-free and0.2MPa asupporting resistance is born;(3)Times-supporting technology system in deep soft surrounding rocks roadway is pointed. The first support take the meaning of anchor rod anchor to free pressure, the second support take the meaning of fully enclosed polygon joist steel support and surrounding rock grouting. The top and bottom bearing capacity of the fully enclosed polygon joist steel support is0.33MPa and the side beam carrying capacity is0.35MPa. The field testof secondary support technology about1000m-depth soft surrounding rocks roadway in Xing dong mining area that came up with in this paper obtained a favorable influence.
