青海省煤矿事故特点及救援人员体能训练方法研究

【摘要】 本文分析了青海省自然环境的特点,通过研究海拔高度与气压、空气密度及氧分压之间的关系,总结出在这种地理条件下煤矿环境对人体和煤矿安全生产的影响;通过梳理青海省2005年到2011年间发生的煤矿事故,对青海省煤炭企业主要灾害种类、灾害形式进行了分析,查找出重大安全生产事故产生的原因;采用信息扩散理论,建立高海拔、寒、旱矿山事故风险分析模型,从矿山事故和矿山事故死亡人数频次对高原地区矿山事故进行风险分析,建立了适合高原矿山企业瓦斯事故应急疏散模型,并设计了动态算法;提出青海省煤矿救护队伍建设方案;通过梳理矿山救护队工作性质、任务特点、岗位职能及管理制度,分析青海省煤矿救护队现状及工作特殊性,从高原煤矿救援人员体能训练基本原理入手,通过应急救援人员体能训练,生物学基础中代谢供能的运动生物化学分析、代谢供能时间特征分析,建立了高原煤矿救援人员体能训练内容体系、救援人员体能训练方法体系,并针对高原地区煤矿事故的特点及高寒缺氧环境条件下,制定出适合救援人员开展体能训练的手段,按研究内容中制定的训练内容、方法、手段对救护队员体能进行训练后,从身体形态、身体机能和救援素质三个层面进行了测试,通过对测试结果的分析,说明救护队员个体虽有差异,但总体上看救护队员的体能及运动素质得到明显提高,训练效果明显,验证了训练方案。这些方案将为高原煤矿提高应急救援能力提供新的技术手段。

By analysis on efficacy testing of the physical training of rescue personnel,training programs have been validated. These programs will plateau coal mines to improve emergency response capacity to provide new technical means.
