上保护层开采岩体破裂特征与瓦斯渗流规律及应用研究

【摘要】 分析了登封矿区瓦斯赋存构造逐级控制特征和瓦斯地质规律,论证了蹬槽矿保护层开采条件。在矿山压力相关理论、岩石破坏过程分析和含瓦斯煤岩渗流—应力—损伤耦合的基础上,研究了中距离上保护层开采过程中顶底板岩层变形破坏、裂隙产生发育扩展演化规律,以及瓦斯解吸释放运移过程,提炼了采动岩体破裂效果中的裂隙场演化特征,并进行力学机理分析。被保护层的卸压膨胀会产生大量离层裂隙与穿层裂隙,被保护层瓦斯卸压解吸,在瓦斯压力梯度的驱动下,通过裂隙通道涌入到采空区或保护层,消除被保护层的突出危险性。煤岩力学特性包括弹性模量、内摩擦角和抗拉强度和流变特性会影响到煤岩破裂及岩层移动过程。研究采动岩体损伤-变形-破坏的热效应,揭示岩体力学性能与热效应变化的关系。明确了在保护层掘进、回采时煤层底板膨胀区与压缩区交界处容易诱发突出危险。制定了探层间距与探构造措施,并对掘进过程中不同时期的瓦斯来源进行了现场实测与分析,提出了分源瓦斯治理方案,实现了中距离保护层的安全快速掘进。

【Abstract】 The Dengfeng mine area gas storage geology characteristic and level control gas-geology rule were analized. The protective layer mining conditions in the Dengcao mine were demonstrated. Based on the mine pressure theory, dynamic failure process and coupled gas-solid interaction between gas flow and solid deformation, the stress variation law, roof and floor deformation, fracture evolution law, displacement in the protected seam, change in gas permeability and gas flow law during upper protective layer extraction were studied. A large number of abscission layer cracks and trans-layer cracks were produced in pressure relief expansion of the protective layer to make gas desorbed. Under the gas pressure, the desorbed gas flow to the goaf through the cracks to eliminate the gas outburst risk of protected layer. The coal and rock failure and strata movement process were affected by the Young’s modulus, internal friction angle, tensile strength and Theological properties. The mermal effects in the rockmass damage-strain-failure were studied. The effective measures were taken to detect gas coal layer and geological structure to prevent the gas outburst of protected layer. The method of gas sources control was proposed through measuring and analyzing gas emission sources during tunnel excavation process. Field test results showed that measures were safe and effective in fast driving. So the methods could be used in controlling gas outbursts under the similar conditions.
