复合力场褐煤流态化干法分选研究

【摘要】 充分运用流态化、矿物加工、传质传热、颗粒学等理论知识,研究了复合力场褐煤流态化分选与干燥。分析了褐煤流态化干燥的水分传递机理,详细讨论了褐煤流态化温和干燥过程中热风流量、干燥温度、干燥时间、表面水含量、入料粒度等因素的影响。研究了褐煤分选与干燥过程的粘附加重质行为,分析了褐煤粘附加重质的影响因素,并采用两种惯性脱落方式分析了加重质的粘附强度,总结了表面水脱除和粘附加重质之间的关系,指出了脱介前的介耗产生环节,提出了相应的控制介耗方法。进一步研究了褐煤流态化分选行为,讨论了干燥参数对褐煤分选的影响,实现了干燥与分选工艺参数的协同优化,并分析了复合力场下重产物的输送行为,为褐煤“多级分选—干燥—气化”一体化工艺的深入研究奠定了基础。

【Abstract】 The fluidized separating and drying behaviours of lignite in compound forcefield were researched on the basis of the fully used of theoretical knowledge such asfluidization, mineral processing, mass and heat transfer, particuology. The transfermechanism of surface water in the progress of dry beneficiation of lignite wasanalysised and the influences from surface water, drying temperature, air flow, dryingtime and particle size of the lignite were discussed in detail. In the paper, the adhesionbehaviour of dense medium in fluidized dry beneficiation and drying of lignite wasstudied. The author discussed the factors which had affected the adhesion, analysisedthe cause of consumption of dense medium, tested the adhesion strength by two ways,submitted the methods to cut down the medium consumption before de-medium, andsummarized the relationship between surface water removal and dense mediumadhesion. For further research on the fluidized separation of lignite, the authordiscussed the influence of lignite drying for separation. The reasonably parameters ofdrying and beneficiation were achieved by the utilization of cooperated optimization.At last, the conveying characteristics of heavy product in compound force field werestudied. All the researches above can lay the foundation for the integration technologyof lignite “classification and separation-drying-gasifying”.
