基于设计元与公理设计理论的能量优化设计方法研究

【摘要】 随着经济高速发展,人类面临着能源紧缺和环境污染的双重压力。能量优化设计研究从产品设计源头出发,将节能降耗作为重点,综合考虑产品的能量特性与其它相关设计信息,成为提高能源利用率的最优方法。在国家自然科学基金课题(编号:50775061)的支持下,论文对能量优化设计方法和理论进行了深入研究。本文将公理设计与设计元融合在一起,将设计域之间的映射与能量效用模型用设计元封装起来,创造性的建立了能量优化设计模型。该模型统一了各设计阶段的设计信息和能量信息的描述形式,将功能设计过程和能量信息有机结合起来,有效地实现了能量优化的设计目标。以能量为设计主线,创建了基于设计元的能量优化设计方法。提出了由逆向、正向能量设计两部分组成的设计过程模型。通过逆向能量设计得到产品级别的能量效用模型以及能量优化信息;正向能量设计在两者的约束与指导下,由设计元分解过程模型描述设计进程,将产品功能逐渐细化,继而通过方案组合、能量优化、方案决策得到产品最优设计方案。该设计方法包含了一个创新性的理念,即由能量效用模型来描述功能实现过程中的能量属性,使功能与能量特性得以兼顾,实现正向能量设计和逆向能量设计间的有机联系。针对能量效用模型的主要组成元素——能量设计因子EDF (Energy Design Factor),建立了EDF的效用过程模型,深入研究了EDF的提取方法、EDF的耦合分解方法、EDF的能耗影响程度量化方法。探索了融合耦合度、信息量、能耗、技术、成本与社会指标在内的能量优化设计方案多属性决策方法。研究了评价指标组成及权重定义方法;并提出了借助能量效用模型来间接评价产品能耗的思想。全篇以数控机床为例,对基于设计元与公理设计理论的能量优化设计方法进行了实例研究,验证了能量优化设计方法的有效性。

【Abstract】 With the rapid economic development, human faces increasingly serious energy shortages and environmental pressures. To decrease product’s energy-consumed, an energy optimization design method is proposed which studies product’s energy character and other design messages together from the very beginning. Thus,the energy optimization design method is becoming the most effective method to improve product’s energy utilization rate. Under the National Natural Science Foundation of China (ID:50775061) support, this paper studies energy optimization design method thoroughly.Fusing Axiomatic Design and design unit together, an energy optimization design model is built to pack design domain mapping and energy utility model through design unit. This model unifies the description form of design and energy information in every design stage. It also combines function design process and energy information together. So the energy optimization design goal can be realized effectively.A kind of energy optimization design method based design unit is built. In this method, a design process model is proposed which includes converse and positive two energy design stage and regards energy as a main contented point during design process. Through converse energy design stage, the energy utility model of product level and energy optimization information is gotten. Under their constraints and guidance, the positive design stage is carry on to get product’s optimal design scheme, which contents product’s function realized process, solution combination, energy optimization and project decision four parts. In which, the product’s required function is realized by the design unit decomposing process model.The design method includes an innovative idea, which is connecting design process with energy attributes together by the energy utility model to achieve an organic connection between converse and positive design stage. To the main element of energy utility model (Energy Design Factor, EDF), an EDF utility model is built. Further more, EDF’s extraction method, EDF’s decoupling mechanism and EDF’s energy consumption influence degree quantification method is researched deeply.A multiple attribute decision making method for energy optimization design is explored, which fuses coupling degree, amount of information, energy consumption, technology, cost and social index. The evaluation index and weight defining method is researched, and an idea to evaluate product’s energy consumption indirectly by energy utility model is proposed.In this paper, the NC machine tool is served as a design example to validate the effectiveness of the energy optimization design method.
