【摘要】 随着民间公益力量的壮大,中国的公益网站拥有广阔的发展前景。公益网站的建设质量,取决于社会人际关系和人机关系的协调。信息生态理论有助于解决社会人际关系问题,信息构建理论有助于解决人机关系问题。信息生态规划和信息构建可以被视为网站信息生态系统达到生态平衡的一种整体方法。心理学在公益网站创建过程中发挥着重要作用,因为网站的平衡明显受到用户的心理平衡的影响。以助学交流网的建设作为公益网站的实证研究,直观地展示了信息生态规划、信息构建、心理学等理论在公益网站建设中的具体运用。第一章是绪论。本章提出了本文的研究背景与研究意义,并对国内外有关信息生态与信息构建的研究现状做出了简单分析。同时针对本文的研究内容、研究方法、逻辑框架与整体结构进行了说明。第二章是信息生态规划及构建的理论基础。首先探讨了信息的作用规律。接着,对自然、社会、信息三个生态系统的群落、种群、个体进行对比分析,并提出以生态平衡为核心的信息生态规划。然后,对信息构建基本原理加以介绍,将之作为针对网站这类信息系统的有效开发方法。最后,将两者进行对比,找出区别和联系。第三章是中国公益网站现状分析。不仅对建设公益网站的主体现状与发展趋势进行了分析,还按不同类别对公益网站进行划分和举例,并对目前公益网站水平从不同角度进行了评价。第四章是公益网站规划要素分析。对信息生态环境、信息用户、信息内容展开详细分析。第五章是公益网站主要规划方法。对应于公益网站信息生态规划的几个步骤,从战略分析、关键问题解析、实施管理三个方面进行了认真探讨。第六章是公益网站信息构建方法。对应于公益网站信息构建方法的四个步骤,对公益网站的概念设计、结构与功能设计、界面设计、系统实现进行了详细探讨。第七章是公益网站实证研究——以助学交流网为例。围绕助学交流网的信息规划与信息构建,完整地展示助学交流网建设的全过程,对这个案例进行全面解析。第八章是总结与展望。本章对研究结论进行了总结,并对未来可能进行的下一步研究提出了展望。本文的创新点在于：1.将信息生态规划引入公益网站建设。2.基于信息构建,提出一套网站信息系统的开发方法。3.将信息生态与信息构建融合为一套前后相继的完整的公益网站建设方法。4.将社会心理学引入信息生态规划,将认知心理学引入信息构建。更多还原

【Abstract】 Due to the development of nongovernmental charitable power, it follows that charity websites in China will have a bright future. The quality of these websites is mainly decided by two factors. One is the relationship between all the websites’users, and another one is the relationship between user and computer. Reasonable planning of the websites’information with ecological opinion can help us a good deal with the first type of relationship, and IA (information architecture) can help us a good deal with the second type of relationship.Ecological planning of information and IA can be regarded as an integral method to keep a balance of the information system of a website. Psychology plays an important role in the course of the creation of a charity website, because the website’s balance is apparently affected by the user’s mentality. In the case of a charity website (eduthinker.net), we can see the thought of ecological planning of information, IA, and psychology.Chapter I is the introduction. This chapter presents the research background and research significance of this paper, as well as makes a simple analysis of the status quo of ecological planning of information and IA research, then gives a statement of main content, research methods, logical framework and the whole structure of the paper.Chapter II is the research basis of ecological planning of information and IA. Firstly, the rule of how information affects people is revealed. Secondly, the balance of the economic system is treated as the most important factor in the ecological planning of information by contrast with community, population and individual in natural systems, social systems and information systems. Thirdly, a new method of developing of information system based on IA is put forward. Finally, ecological planning of information and IA is juxtaposed to find their differences and connection.Chapter III is the research of the current situation of Chinese charity websites. It includes the analysis of these websites’owners, sorts, levels and trends.Chapter IV is the analysis of the main factors of an ecological planning of information when creating a charity website. It includes the analysis of the website’s environment, users and contents.Chapter V describes the main methods of an ecological planning of information when creating a charity website. It includes3aspects:strategic analysis, key points and implementation.Chapter VI is the method of charity website’s development based on IA. It includes4aspects:conceptual design, design of structure and function, interface design, and the development of a system.Chapter VII is a case of a charity website which is created to help poor children in the Chinese countryside to improve their levels of education. The case shows how to create the website by the help of ecological planning of information and IA.Chapter VIII is the final chapter. In this chapter, conclusions are summarized and further research is also proposed.The quality of these websites is mainly decided by two sorts of relationships. By the help of the ecological planning of information, the relationship between people is paid attention to and the relationship between user and computer is carefully analyzed by IA (information architecture). Ecological planning of information and IA can be regarded as an integral method to keep a balance of the information system of a website. Psychology plays an important role in the course of the creation of a charity website, because the website’s balance is apparently affected by user’s mentality.
