【摘要】 为增强我国煤炭企业的社会责任意识，进一步规范企业社会责任的行为，缓解诸如资源紧缺、环境污染、安全隐患、员工利益受损害等目前我国煤炭企业面临的比较严重的社会问题，实现煤炭企业经济与社会效益的双赢，有必要认真总结国内外企业社会责任发展的经验及成果，以构建先进、科学、全面、可操作的煤炭企业社会责任体系及其评价体系。本论文首先在总结国内外社会责任理论发展、标准及社会责任实践现状基础上，吸收最先进的理念，界定了企业社会责任的内涵。接着，运用大量的调研分析，识别出了煤炭企业社会责任利益相关者，并通过实证检验确定了其重要性次序。结合识别出的利益相关者、三重底线理论，吸收ISO26000中的思想精华，构建了集责任管理、环境责任、经济责任和社会责任“四位一体”的煤炭企业社会责任体系，并指出了实现煤炭企业社会责任的路径，为煤炭企业社会责任体系建设提供了一个指南和框架；以煤炭企业社会责任的利益相关者和煤炭企业社会责任体系的内容为基础资料，通过初选、遴选，运用专家打分和隶属度分析的方法，确立了煤炭企业社会责任三级指标评价体系。最后，通过系统方法中的层次分析法和模糊综合评价法，构建了煤炭企业社会责任综合评价模型，并以典型案例对该评价体系的有效性进行了例证分析，并提出了提升煤炭企业社会责任的措施和建议。为煤炭企业社会责任后续研究提供了理论基础，为煤炭企业社会的履行提供了可供参考的标准。更多还原

【Abstract】 To strengthen Chinese coal corporate social responsibility consciousness, furtherregulating the behavior of corporate social responsibility, mitigate serious socialproblems of Chinese coal corporate such as resources shortage, environmentalpollution, potential safety hazard and Employee benefit damage, realize the coalenterprise economic and social benefits of a win-win situation, the domestic andforeign corporate social responsibility development experience and results shouldbeen earnestly summarized to structure the coal enterprise society responsibilitysystem and appraisal system which is advanced, scientific, comprehensive andoperable.First of all, this research defines the corporate social responsibility connotation withthe advanced idea after summarized domestic and external research status of Socialresponsibility theory development, standards and practice. Then, large amount ofresearch analysis were used to identify the stakeholder of coal corporate social responsibility and test the importance sequence by empirical analysis. A quaternarycoal corporate social responsibility system which contained responsibilitymanagement, environmental responsibility, economic responsibility and socialresponsibility was structured with stakeholder, triple bottom line theory and thoughtessence of ISO26000. This system also points out the path of realizing the coalcorporate social responsibility and offered a guide and framework. The coal corporatesocial responsibility level3evaluation index system was established by expertevaluation method and membership degree analysis with the stakeholder and contentof coal corporate social responsibility.At last, the coal corporate social responsibility comprehensive evaluation model wasconstructed with analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluationmethod, the effectiveness of evaluate system was tested with a typical case, somemeasures and advice were given to improve the coal corporate social responsibility.Research results could be used as theoretical basis and referenced standard for thecoal corporate social responsibility practice.更多还原
