纤维混凝土单层衬砌隧道稳定性研究

【摘要】 论文在对纤维混凝土力学性质大量试验的基础上,通过理论分析、模型试验、数值模拟和现场试验等方法,对纤维混凝土单层衬砌隧道稳定性等进行了较为系统深入的研究,主要工作和研究成果有:①研究了纤维混凝土的增强机理,得出了纤维掺入量与试件抗折强度、抗渗性能之间的相关关系;进一步通过相似模拟实验,研究了锚杆和衬砌共同支护的径向应力分布规律,以及锚固范围内切向应力分布规律。②在分析Q系统分类法的基础上,创造性地运用围岩松动圈支护理论进行单层衬砌洞室围岩稳定性分析,提出的指标科学、综合性强、测试方法简单,有利于单层衬砌工法的推广应用。③以关长山隧道为依托,通过数值模拟分析,对单层衬砌控制位移的影响因素进行了研究,提出单层衬砌对于弹性模量的适用范围,以及通过提高衬砌强度比增加衬砌厚度更有效控制隧道最大位移。④通过隧道施工现场的试验研究,获得了围岩与喷射混凝土层接触压力、喷射混凝土内应力、格栅钢架内主筋应力、锚杆轴力、围岩压力以及单层衬砌隧道收敛变形的变化规律。

【Abstract】 The dissertation base on the mechanical properties of concrete and steel fiber’sexperiments, through theoretical analysis, model test, numerical simulation and fieldtest, the fiber reinforced concrete lining of tunnel stability of single layer have beenstudied.The main conclusions and achievements are as follows:①Discussed the mechanism of fiber reinforced concrete. The content of fiber’srelationships between flexural strength and impermeability ability; further through thesimulation experiment, studied the radial stress distribution of anchorage range underbolt and lining joint supporting, and the tangential stress distribution.②On the basis of analyzing the classification of the Q system, the creative use ofsurrounding rock loose circle supporting theory to analyze the stability of surroundingrock of single-layer lining tunnel, the index proposed are scientific and comprehensive,and test methods are simple, thus have avaliable application value in actual engineering③Relying on the Guanchangshan tunnel as the basis, through the analysis ofnumerical simulation method, the influence factors of controlling the maximumdisplacement of single layer lining are studied, and is found that the single layer liningsuited for surrounding rock elastic modulus of certain range; the study show that, tocontrol displacement of this engineering tunnel maximum, by increasing the strength oflining is more effective than the increasing of lining thickness.④Through the tunnel construction site tests, the surrounding rock and shotcretecontact pressure, internal stress, grid steel frame main reinforcement stress, axial forceof bolt, surrounding rock pressure and single layer lining of tunnel convergence ofsingle layer lining of deformation are obtained.
