【摘要】 改革开放特别是近十几年来，我国的高等教育获得了快速的发展。与此同时，现代大学制度建设也逐渐被提上议事日程。大学内部治理结构特别是大学学术权力与行政权力的关系问题是现代大学制度建设中需要解决的重点问题。开展这项研究具有重要的理论价值和实践意义。本文从“共轭”这一新的视角，融合高等教育学、管理学、政治学、法学等多学科理论，立足当代中国大学的“场域”，循着“提出问题——分析问题——解决问题”的逻辑顺序展开研究。本文通过对权力理论、组织理论的梳理，探讨了大学这一特殊的社会组织内部结构中学术权力与行政权力的共轭关系问题。指出，大学学术权力与行政权力的共轭具有两个重要特性：第一，共轭体系结构相对稳定，要素联系紧密、整体功能协调、对环境适应性强。第二，共轭状态是动态中的平衡，它可以由某种状态进阶到下一个更高层次，它追求的是动态中的平衡。在对“共轭”研究的基础上，分别从价值之视角和场域之视角分析大学学术权力和行政权力共轭的价值意蕴和实际表征。从价值视角看，秩序主要靠行政权力来维护，而自由则主要通过学术权力来实现（秩序与自由各自都有边界与限度）。因而，大学行政权力所保障的是秩序，大学学术权力倾向于个人的自由与解放，在行政权力与学术权力之间的共轭状态，是一种对秩序与自由的调和。大学所努力寻求的，正是在秩序的社会与个人自由之间的那种张力平衡。从场域视角看，当代中国大学内部治理结构呈现为一种非常活跃的紧张网络，其中无论是学术权力还是行政权力，都牵连到整个大学的结构、生命及其活动；反过来，大学的发展又时刻影响着大学中的各种权力。现代大学学术权力与行政权力之间的张力，来自大学本身的场域结构及其运作机理。共轭是大学场域中学术权力与行政权力之间相互作用的产物，用一种简要的公式来表达：[（学术权力）（行政权力）]+位置=共轭状态本研究运用扎根理论及其方法，采用定性研究与定量研究相结合的方法，通过构建数学模型，定量研究大学学术权力与行政权力之间的关系。通过访谈和调查问卷，运用“三角互证”法，构建了大学行政权力与行政权力的共轭模型。在这个模型中，学术权力与行政权力共轭的核心是资源的互动，共轭的本质是权力者的交往，共轭的状态在于建立网络式共轭驱动机理。本研究运用大量面板数据，验证了大学学术权力与行政权力的共轭状态及其对大学发展的影响，即通常所理解的学术权力的边际贡献大于比行政权力的贡献。结合“网大”中国大学排行榜，对“985工程”大学、“211工程”大学、“一般大学”进行了实证分析，分别得出了这三个层次大学学术权力与行政权力共轭的数值，从中清晰地看出这三类大学学术权力与行政权力的共轭状态。论文最后对大学学术权力与行政权力共轭驱动策略进行理路分析，指出大学学术权力与行政权力共轭驱动是一个多维的策略系统，它是由目标策略、行动者策略、资源策略三个方面构成的。这三个策略构成的系统是一个以共轭驱动为核心的三角形结构。目标、行动者、资源受共轭的驱动，又反作用于共轭。具体而言，目标决定行动者的行动，这一行动直接影响资源的配置，并导致一系列的反应，而这又作用于共轭系统，各系统的稳定最终促进大学健康、可持续的发展。在此基础上，本文分别对我国不同层次的大学提出不同的共轭驱动策略建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 In all the history of development, there is a role cannot be ignored, that is power,but few people can say clear power utility rate and the specific mechanism of theeffect. In today’s social transition stage, in the university academic power andadministrative power, plays a special function, but the interior of what is a kind ofstate? Unravel the mystery, to deepen our university macro or micro educationphenomenon in the development of a deep understanding of the process, is the age ofeach author puts. This study is a weak response to this proposition. We not can insightinto all of the secret, but beg can provide a new Angle of view and to discuss thesurvey data, to analyze the relationship of university academic power andadministrative power, tries to answer the mechanism behind the power.In this paper, according to the logic of the order: ask questions-analysisproblem-problem solving. First, what is conjugate? And respectively from theperspective of the value of visual Angle and field of university academic power andadministrative power conjugate value significance and actual characterization. Whatare the factors of the conjugate between university academic power and administrativepower? What is the model of the conjugate? Contemporary practice in China, theuniversity achieves the conjugate condition?
