大型露天煤矿半连续工艺应用范围研究

【摘要】 本文从我国大型露天煤矿半连续工艺应用范围的研究出发,综合运用露天采矿学原理、采矿系统工程、技术经济学和计算机技术等方法,通过调查研究、理论分析和现场工程实践,对露天矿大吨位卡车经济合理运距的确定、半连续工艺起点运距及矿山应用半连续工艺规模经济等内容展开深入研究。论文在总结前人研究成果的基础上,首先应用灰关联分析方法,通过分析影响矿山生产成本的诸多因素,从中找出影响矿山生产成本的主要因素,从而为矿山抓住主要矛盾,降低主要成本因素对总成本的影响,提高矿山经济效益提供参考依据。同时,在计算卡车运输成本时引入了油价变动系数K,以研究油价变动时,对卡车经济合理运距产生的影响,得到了其经济合理运距变化趋势。给矿山的运输成本核算以及运距确定和设备选择提供了一定的技术依据和参考。论文分析了半连续工艺下影响物料运距的因素,建立了物料运距计算模型。并对间断工艺与半连续工艺运输成本进行了比较,建立了半连续工艺运输成本模型,并通过实例分别研究了矿山一定年产量时半连续工艺的起点运距和采深一定、年产量变化时半连续工艺的起点运距;同时通过成本分析,确定了采深一定时,矿山应用半连续工艺的产量规模。最后,通过引入油价变动系数K,分析了矿山一定年产量、一定采深下,油价变动时对于破碎站初始设置位置的影响,对于矿山规避燃油价格变动带来的成本风险具有实际意义。论文以露天矿成本分析为基础,对半连续工艺系统建设和应用的边界条件进行了系统分析。研究认为,建设条件是在假定(设计)的生产能力下采用半连续工艺替代单斗—卡车间断工艺的边界运距条件;应用条件是在系统已经现成的情况(即运距一定的条件)下,系统盈利、开机运行或废除的边界产量规模。论文通过实例研究对所建立模型的实用性进行了验证,研究成果对于丰富我国半连续工艺理论和建设大型高效低碳露天煤矿具有积极意义。

【Abstract】 Through investigation, theoretical analysis and in-situ engineering practice, this paperconducts a deep investigation into the confirmation of large tonnage truck’s economichauling distance, starting point hauling distance of semi-continuous mining system andscale economies of applied semi-continuous mining system of surface mine, starting withthe study of applied range of semi-continuous mining system of large surface coal mine inChina by adopting the principle of surface mining, methods of mining system engineering,technological economics, computer technology as well as other methods..Based on the previous research results, this paper uses the approach of grey correlationtheory to analyze the amount of factors that affect the production cost of surface mines.Thus, by finding out the main influential factor, the cost reduction of the surface mine mayoccur, meanwhile, this also provides a reference for elevating the economic benefit ofsurface mines. In the meantime, this paper invites an oil price variation coefficient K toanalyze the influence towards the truck’s proper hauling distance giventhe fluctuationof theoil price. Through this process, a proper hauling distance changing trend is get which alsoprovide a certain technical basis and reference.By establishing a calculation model of material hauling distance, this paper takes aclose look at the factors that affect material hauling distance under the approach ofsemi-continuous mining system. Meanwhile, this paper makes a comparison betweendiscontinuous mining system and semi-continuous mining system by modeling the haulagecost. Through case studies, this paper compared the starting point hauling distance whengiven a fixed annual output and an unfixed mining depth with a fixed mining depth but anunfixed annual output. Through cost analysis, this paper confirms the production scale ofapplied semi-continuous mining system when mining depth is fixed. The oil price variationcoefficient K is invited to analyze the effect on the production cost of surface mine when theannual output and mining depth is fixed but the oil price is unfixed. Thus, the cost riskswhich brought by oil price fluctuation can be reduced.Based on the cost analysis of surface mine, the boundary conditions of establishmentand application of overburden semi-continuous mining system are systematically analyzed.The paper suggests that the construction condition is to determine the boundary haulingdistance under the assuming production capacity by adopting the method ofsemi-continuous mining system instead of single-shovel-truck discontinuous mining system.The application condition(hauling distance is fixed) is to determine the systematic profit,operation and system abolished boundary output scale. Meanwhile, for the applied condition of continuous mining system of bucket wheel excavator of surface mines in China, weanalyze this special case of transforming the continuous mining system into thesemi-continuous mining system as well as bring up the systematic transformation schemes,pros and cons, and the conditions of boundary production scale.Through case studies, this paper testifies the practicability o f the models mentionedabove and the research results have positive meanings for enriching the semi-continuousmining system theory and building a large, efficient, low carbon surface mine.
