【摘要】 民生问题是人民群众关注的社会热点问题。如何缓解和解决当前社会突出的民生问题,已成为我们党和政府所面临的重大课题之一。中国共产党作为一个马克思主义政党,从立党之初就十分关心民生,并着力于改善民生。在为广大人民群众改善民生的实践中,中国共产党把马克思主义民生思想与中国具体实践相结合,形成了自己的民生理论。在当前,正确认识中国共产党民生理论,并用其指导民生问题的解决,具有重要的现实意义。本文从文本研究出发,在对马克思主义经典著作和中国共产党历史文献的研读和理论分析的基础上,对中国共产党民生理论的思想来源和发展过程作了一个详细的梳理,概括了每一代领导集体的民生理论和实践,并围绕人民至上的民生主体观、实事求是的民生发展观、依靠群众的民生路线观和注重生产力的民生动力观几个方面指明其理论的内在传承,展现了中国共产党在民生理论上从强调国计到更加凸出民生、从改善人的生存到实现人的发展、从注重民生的整体改善到关注每一个人的民生幸福的发展轨迹。同时,立足现实,注重中国共产党民生理论的当代实践。从当前社会实际出发,详细分析了当前民生领域的突出问题,并从经济、政治、社会和环境几个方面分析这些问题产生的深层原因。最后,从加强民生发展的政治基础、经济基础、制度基础和环境基础四大方面,对民生问题的解决和民生事业的发展提出一些具体的对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 The people’s livelihood problems is a hot social issues that people concern. How to solve the people’s livelihood problems, is one of the major problems our party and government have to face. The Chinese Communist Party as a Marxist party, had cared about and focused on improving people’s livelihood from the beginning. In the practice of improving people’s livelihood, the Communist Party of China had combin the livelihood thinking of Marxism to the practice of the Chinese’ livelihood improving. At present, to understand the Chinese Communist Party’Ideology of the People’s livelihood correctly, is important for the People’s livelihood problems to solve. This paper analyzes the heritaging of the Chinese Communist Party’s Ideology of People’s livelihood, from people’s thinking, seeking truth from facts’ attitude, following the mass line and attenting to productivity; and analyzes the locus of its’developing. Combining with the social livelihood problems, the paper analysis of the cause of it, and find the solution to these problem on reality.更多还原
