【摘要】 新生代农民工作为中国社会转型期的过渡性、边缘性群体,正处于形成发展过程中,逐渐成为我国产业转型、经济提速、社会稳定的中坚力量。正如汤普森在其《英国工人阶级的形成》中指出：工人阶级并不像太阳那样在预定的时间升起,它出现在它自身的形成中。作为中国工人阶级的重要组成部分,新生代农民工由于现实的需要和具备必要的条件,他们的市民化将伴随着中国工业化、城镇化、现代化的全过程,具有历史的必然性。但在当前中国城乡二元结构尚未得到明显改善的情况下,新生代农民工市民化具有“半市民化”、复杂性和艰巨性等特征。如何以新生代农民工市民化中的价值观引导来打破其市民化困境,是本文写作的基本动力。本文以科学发展观为指导,把新生代农民工市民化中的价值观引导看作是以社会主义核心价值体系来激发其主体性的过程,为本文提供了一个主体的视角。同时,本文以科学发展观之统筹兼顾为根本方法,考察改革开放三十多年来我国社会变迁对新生代农民工价值观的形塑,将新生代农民工市民化中的价值观引导看作是一个根据新生代农民工市民化中的价值观发展需要进行制度创新,又根据社会发展需要将制度创新规范化的主体与客体相统一的过程,从而得到了本文特有的研究视角。将这两种视角相结合,形成了本文的研究体系：理论研究,系统分析了新生代农民工市民化中的价值观问题的视阈和方法指导；历史研究,回溯农民工市民化演变进程,研判新生代农民工市民化的必然性；现状研究,运用文献搜集与田野调查、问卷调查与深度访谈等方法描述新生代农民工市民化中的价值观现状；实证研究,研究新生代农民工市民化中的价值观现状成因,提出新生代农民工市民化中的价值观引导对策。本文对新生代农民工市民化中的价值观问题提供了一个包括引导目标、引导条件、引导主体及路径、引导策略在内的引导体系,提出要以政府为主导,发挥社会的协同作用,通过政策维权、组织赋权、文化增权激发新生代农民工的主体性,提升其市民化能力。要消除城乡二元结构,构建“价值观认知的内化—价值观功能的融入—价值观失范的监测”的实践框架来强化新生代农民工对社会主义核心价值体系的认同,促进新生代农民工市民化。更多还原

【Abstract】 As transitional,marginal groups in the China social transformation period,the New Generation Migrant Workers are in the process of the formation and development, become the backbone of China’s industrial restructuring, economic speed-increasing and social stability.As Thompson in his《The making of the English working class))pointed out that the working class did not like sun to rise at the scheduled time,it appears in the making of its own.As an important part of the China working class,due to the real-world needs and necessary conditions,the New Generation Migrant Workers citizenization will along with the process of China’s industrialization, urbanization and modernization and have historical inevitability.But the current dual structure in urban and rural areas in China has not improved noticeably,the New Generation Migrant Workers citizenization have "half-citizen",complex and arduous and so on.How to guide the New Generation Migrant Workers values to break the deadlock of their citizenization is the basic driving force to write this article.This article that guided by the Scientific Development Concept put the New Generation Migrant Workers values guidance as the process of the Socialist core value system stimulate their subjectivity, provide the article a Subjective perspective.This article put the Scientific Development Concept’s integrated as a fundamental method, investigate the social changes how to shape the New Generation Migrant Workers valus during china more than30years reforming and opening period,put the guidance of the New Generation Migrant Workers citizeniation values as a system innovation under values development needs and a process of the unity of Subject and object under social development needs to standardization system innovation,so this article have a unique values research perspective. Combinate two perspective to have the article’s research system:theory research, analyze the threshold and method of the New Generation Migrant Workers citizeniation values; history research, back the Migrant Workers citizeniation process,study the inevitability of the New Generation Migrant Workers citizeniation; status research, use the method of literature collection and field investigation,questionnaire investigation and depth interview to describe the condition of the New Generation Migrant Workers citizeniation values; empirical research, research the causes of the New Generation Migrant Workers citizeniation values condition, Propose countermeasures of the New Generation Migrant Workers citizeniation values.It provide guidance including objectives, conditions,boot and path, policy an so on.It propose to stimulate the New Generation Migrant Workers subjectivity to improve its citizeniation capacity through empowerment, policy activist, organization culture empowerment.Remove the dual structure in urban and rural areas, construct the practice framework of the "values--values functions cognitive--value monitor "to reinforce the New Generation migrant workers to identity the socialism core value system to promote the New Generation migrant workers citizenization.更多还原
