【摘要】 随着经济社会发展需要的不断变化,大学生志愿行动正广泛地开展,也具有一定的影响。然而,当前大学生志愿行动还远没有达到常态化的程度,存在着断续性、应付性、盲目性、随机性等不足之处,尚未融入到经济社会生活中,无法形成社会道德风尚和长期的行动机制。整个社会还没有充分理解志愿行动的内在力量以及志愿精神的内涵价值,而行动只有具备了合理的精神基点,才能长久地发挥其作用和价值。因此,重视和支持大学生志愿行动,更需要关注行动背后的精神动力和智力支持。志愿精神所反映的“奉献、友爱、互助、进步”的核心价值,承载了个人对自己的责任,更有对他人、对社会的高尚情感,是以人为本价值观的体现、是中国优秀传统文化的传承、是现代社会公民精神的表现、是个体社会性本质的呈现、是人类在反思现代性问题之后所追求的价值。在弘扬雷锋精神的时代背景中,更需要理解志愿精神所具有的历史意义感,这种精神和价值有利于重塑社会道德,其行动力量能够成为经济、政治、文化和社会发展的重要辅助。本文立足马克思主义基本原理,梳理了志愿精神的理论经纬,回顾欧美、亚洲部分国家和地区的实践经验,从中得出有借鉴意义的理论启示,并结合大学生志愿精神培育的现状,分析目前存在的主要问题以及各种不同的影响因素,为大学生志愿精神培育提出了若干路径选择。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the changing of social development demands, volunteer activities of college students are also widely carried out to produce a certain influence. However, volunteer activities nowadays are nothing like normalization, with the deficiencies of intermittence, being perfunctory and blindness. It has not yet truly integrated into economic and social life, let alone become social morality, form a regular action and become a way of life. This shows that the inner strength of volunteer activities and the significance of the volunteerism, especially the latter, haven’t been fully understood. Therefore, we need to be concerned with spiritual power and ideological support of the activities when it comes to the volunteer activities of college students. Volunteer activities will be vigorous and beneficial only if it is become the spiritual power. Volunteerism, with the value of "dedication, friendliness, cooperation and advancement", covers personal responsibility for their own and to the society. It’s the embodiment of humanistic values, sociality nature of individual, and spirit of citizenship. It’s the heritage of Chinese traditional culture which is advocated by modern people. In the age of advancing and enriching the spirit of Leifeng, it is further necessary to understand the historical meaning of volunteerism. Volunteerism will also help to rebuild the moral standard and promote the development of economy, politics, society and culture. This essay explores the new application of classical theory in the new era based on basic tenets of Marxism. And it gains a great deal of enlightenment from reviewing the practical experience and theoretical discussion of major countries and regions on the nurturing of volunteerism. Last but not least, it concludes the problems and influencing factors of volunteerism development by syncretizing collage students’ opinion on it., thereby it offers some suggestion for the future development.更多还原
