中医个体化运动养生体系的构建

【摘要】 通过古今养生文献整理,从中医养生方面,探讨运动养生历史背景、发展演变过程及其在现代养生中的重要性。根据不同体质,不同季节,不同年龄,不同性别,不同生活背景等几个方面进行整理、归纳、研究阐发运动养生在目前养生运动中的重要意义。符合《黄帝内经》的旨意,与时俱进,符合时代的需求,在临床实践中有着重要的意义。对生命的渴望和长寿的追求,是人类诞生以来的一种本能,也是每个人的梦想。中医养生学是根据生命发展的规律保养身体,减少疾病,并做到“未病先防,已病防变和病后防复”。中医养生方法是因人而异的,其中包含了不同体质、不同年龄、不同季节等养生方法也不完全相同,但指导它的养生思想是一致的。中国传统文化也深深的体现在中医养生思想构建中,儒家、道家、佛家对其影响也处处可见。虽然各种养生流派提倡的养生方法不尽相同,但其在养精神、护形体、节嗜欲、和情志、调饮食等方面的观点是基本一致的,从不同角度阐述了养生的要旨,这对中医养生学理论的建立起着重要的作用。运动养生是采用运动的方式达到养生防病,延年益寿目的的理论与方法。它表现出以“动”为主的动静结合特征,其最高追求是体验天人合一的感觉过程的理解。运动养生技术是指中国历史上,用以表达养生观念的专门的身体技术方法,它以运动中动与静的辩证关系来构筑身体的技术,包括历史上所出现的呼吸吐纳、导引按摩、静坐冥想、胎息服食、内丹修炼、太极拳、五禽戏、等形式,以及现代体育类教材中也涉及传统运动养生方法。随着社会的进步,人类生活水平提高,人群结构的复杂化,在中西方文化冲击交融的今天,养生运动也受到了极大的冲击。追求时尚,盲目跟风参加某些养生运动,这就失去了中医养生的特色,适得其反,甚至有损身体。有的人甚至用补药食品等代替运动养生,其结果更是十有九损。因此本文着重从不同体质、不同季节、不同年龄、不同性别、不同生活环境这几方面论述在运动养生方面的不同点,辩证的对待养生,提倡个体化的养生。根据每个人的不同情况,选择适合自己的针对性的运动养生方式,达到防病抗衰、保持健康、延年益寿的养生目标。
【Abstract】 Through the ancient and modern health promotion documents, from TCM healthpromotion, this paper discusses sports health promotion historical background,development and evolution process and in the importance of modern health promotion.According to the different body constitution, different season, different age,differentgender, different backgrounds,this paper settles, researchs in motion health promotionelucidating the important meaning of current sports health promotion. Complying with thewill of the huangdi neijing, keeping pace with The Times, according with the demand ofThe Times in clinical practice, individual sports health promotion has an importantsignificanceThe longing for the life pursuit, and a long life is a human instinct since birth, iseverybody’s dream. According to the Traditional Chinese Medicine health promotion thelaw of development of life is to maintain the body, reduce disease, and do it "isprevention before diseade onset, preventing disease from exacerbationg and preventiondisease." Traditional Chinese Medicine health promotion methods is because of the persondifferent, including people with different body constitution, different age differentseasonand health preservation methods is not identical also,but direct its health thought isconsistent.Chinese traditional culture also deep reflects in Traditional Chinese Medicine healthpromotion thought in the construction of Confucian, Taoist, buddhist, the influence isvisible.Although the various health promotion genre advocate health promotion methods inthe endless and same, but raise spirit, protect body, quarter, tuning passionate man,and modern diet viewpoint is basic consistent from different angles expounds the message,the health promotion of the TCM theory of establishing physician plays an important role. Sports health promotion is adopted to prevent the way health movement, prolong lifepurpose theory and method. Tt shows "move" primarily by combining staticcharacteristics, its highest pursue is experience the unity of nature and the understandingof feeling process. Exercise regimen technology refers to Chinese history, for theexpression of special body health preserving techniques, it with movement of themovements and still dialectical relationship to build body technology, including history,inducting appear breathing breathes massage, meditation, tire interest to take feed,nei-tan cultivation, and taijiquan, wuqinxi, and other forms of modern sports teachingmaterials, and also involve traditional sports health preservation methods.Along with the progress of the society, human life level increases, the crowd ofcomplicated structure in Chinese and western culture shock, blend today,healthpromotion also was received great impact. Fashion, blindly following trends to certainhealth exercise, it will lose the characteristics of Traditional Chinese Medicine healthpromotion,just the opposite to what one wishes, even beneath the body. Some peopleeven use a tonic food etc, its result instead of exercise regimen is ten have nine loss. Thusthis article emphatically from the different body constitution and different season,different age groups and different sex, different life environment of this a few aspects ofdifferences in the sports health treat health, advocate of individualized health promotion.According to the different situation of everybody, choose to suit oneself targeted exercisehealth promotion way,to prevent diseases,stay healthy and prolong life health goals.
