【摘要】 多年来，地下空间总是被视为城市地面建设的附属物，视为地上功能的补充，在城市发展中容易被忽略。随着我国推动地下空间发展战略，地下城市综合体在我国蓬勃发展。可达性强、功能复合化的地下城市综合体在功能内涵和空间组织上已较以往单一功能的地下空间有了质的提升和量的飞跃，其城市性愈来愈强。本文试图从城市视角来探讨地下城市综合体，运用建筑学、城市规划、城市设计、系统动力学、公共行政学等相关理论，分析地下城市综合体及其内涵，认识地下城市综合体开发与城市发展的互动机制，分别从城市规划、城市设计、建筑设计的角度在宏观、中观、微观层面对地下城市综合体设计展开讨论，并对地下城市综合体开发运行机制进行阐述。本书分为8章。第1章为绪论，说明研究背景、研究对象、研究视角、研究综述、理论基础和研究框架。第二章主要是对地下城市综合体的内涵解读，探讨地下城市综合体的概念、发展演变、层级划分和“城市化”的基本特征。第三章是地下城市综合体开发与城市发展的互动作用辨析，通过介绍我国地下城市综合体开发的基本情况和与代表性国家其发展情况的比较分析，探讨地下城市综合体与城市发展的互动机制，总结出地下城市综合体融合城市发展的三大趋势，进而提出地下城市综合体宏观、中观、微观三个层面的设计目标和策略。第四章为通过将地下城市综合体融入各层次城市地下空间规划中，提出构建适合我国地下城市综合体发展的城市地下空间规划体系，以发展出融入城市发展的地下空间结构体系。第五章主要分析如何运用城市设计方法，促使城市形成地上地下一体化发展，并分析地下城市综合体如何整合地上地下城市要素与城市区域。第六章则是针对地下城市综合体与城市结合的关系，讨论如何通过引入城市生活、植入城市文化、营造场所精神等设计手法，强化地下空间环境的特色化和场所感。为促进上述设计策略的最终实现。第七章将讨论地下城市综合体开发建设主要的相关运行机制。最后总结本研究的结论，对地下城市综合体开发建设提出建议，并指出本文的创新点和日后仍需完善的研究方向。更多还原

【Abstract】 It’s easily ignored underground space is always regarded as appendage of city surfaceconstruction and ground function complement over the years. Chinese underground urbancomplex is developing vigorously with national developing strategies. Reachability andcomposite function are higher than former single-function in quality and quantity offunctional connotation and space organization, which shows stronger urbanity. Byarchitectural interrelated theory, Urban Planning, Urban Design, System Dynamics, PublicAdministration, underground urban complex from city development opinions is discussed, itsconnotation is analyzed, interaction mechanism is known, and development operationmechanism is elaborated respectively with Urban Planning, Urban Design and ArchitectureDesign from macro and micro aspect finally.The dissertation contains eight chapters. Chapter one is introduction for researchbackground, object, perspective, review, basic theory and framework. Chapter two isunderground urban complex connotation analysis including concept, development, leveldivision and urbanization characteristics. Chapter three is interaction analysis from citydevelopment by Chinese basic situation and comparing representative nations, discussinginteraction mechanism and summing up three development trends integrating citydevelopment, then target and strategy are achieved from macro, medium and micro level.Chapter four is how to make urban underground space planning system suitable for Chineseunderground urban complex so as to develop it with city development. Chapter five is to useurban design for encouraging city development as a whole and analyze combination ofunderground urban complex and urban area. Chapter six is strengthens distinguishing featureand space sense of underground space environment by how to bring in city life, embed cityculture, construct space essence with relationship between underground urban complex andcity. Chapter seven mainly discusses elaborating operation mechanism of its development andconstruction for realizing above design strategies. Finally research conclusions aresummarized, suggestions of underground urban complex development and construction areoffered, and innovations and research directions in future are also indicated.更多还原
