机场企业核心能力评价及提升策略研究

【摘要】 本论文《机场企业核心能力评价及提升策略研究》,是将企业核心能力理论与管理评价方法应用于机场企业这一特殊交通服务机构的科学性研究;是针对目前机场企业研究的薄弱环节,以丰富的调研资料和科学的评价方法进行补充和拓展的创新性研究;是将论文中构建的多维度核心能力综合评价体系应用于机场企业,并提出一定提升策略的实践性研究。全文主要分为6大部分:(1)重点阐述了机场企业发展、演进的历程,并根据机场企业性质、在行业中面临的市场竞争以及影响其发展的诸多因素引导出对机场企业发展的本质源泉——“机场企业核心能力”这一本论文的核心理论依据。(2)重点阐述了“企业核心能力理论”的形成及发展过程,及各流派根据自身研究领域而对这一理论的理解。同时,对机场系统的定义、构成、分类、特点等方面进行深入地分析,通过综合分析机场企业的核心能力的内涵、特性来定义出机场企业核心能力的概念和识别方法。(3)重点阐述基于无形资源的机场企业核心能力评价体系的构建原理、原则、评价方法及步骤。为基于10类无形资源的机场企业的二维、三维核心能力综合评价提供理论及方法基础。(4)重点阐述了基于10类无形资源的机场企业二维以及三维核心能力综合评价体系和模型算法的构建,并根据不同的评价目的和由不同核心能力的特殊性综合而成的评价维度,选择适合的科学管理评价方法进行评价。(5)重点阐述了基于’10类无形资源的机场企业二维以及三维核心能力的综合评价体系和模型算法在实证分析(我国沿海地区3大民航机场的企业核心能力评价)中的运用,以检验上述评价体系及模型方法在实际运用中的可操作性,并通过分析评价结果,指出被评价机场核心能力的发展状态、优势与差距。(6)重点阐述了提升机场企业核心能力的策略及建议,提出以对机场企业“无形资源”的经营运作和培育,来实现提高机场企业营利能力、服务质量和公益性能力的目的,也为机场管理者制定战略规划和管理决策提供参考依据。

【Abstract】 In this thesis,"The Research of Airport Enterprise Core Competence Evaluation and Promotion Strategy" is applied to the airport enterprise’s evaluation with the enterprise core competence theory and management evaluation method. This thesis is aimed at weak links of the airport enterprise research, doing lots of complementary and expanding innovation research by the abundant research data and scientific evaluation methods. This thesis also uses the innovative core competence evaluation system to apply in the airport enterprise, and give some improving suggestions. The whole thesis is divided into6parts as the below:(1) Focuses on the airport enterprise development and evolution, according to the airport enterprise characteristic, market competition and lots of influencing factors to extract the airport enterprises’ developing source, the thesis’s core theory:"Airport Enterprise’s Core Competence."(2) Focuses on the Enterprise Core Competence Theory’s formation, development process and different understanding of the theory. Focuses on the analysis of airport system’s definition, composition, classification and features to define the airport enterprise core competence’s concepts and recognition method.(3) Focuses on the construction principle, evaluation methods and steps of the airport enterprise intangible resources core competence evaluation system. In order to provide the theory and methods basics for the10different intangible resources of airport enterprise core competence based on two or three dimensional evaluation.(4) Focuses on the construction of10different intangible resources of airport enterprise core competence two or three-dimensional evaluation system and model. According to the different evaluation purposes and different evaluation dimension, choose the suitable scientific management evaluation method to evaluation.(5) Focuses on the practical application (the core competence evaluation about the3airport in Chinese coastal area) of the aforesaid airport enterprise core competence evaluation system. According to inspect the maneuverability of the airport enterprise core competence’s evaluation system, and through the analysis of the results of the evaluation, points out that evaluation of airport core competencies development status, advantages and disadvantages.(6) Focuses on the improving strategy and suggestions of airport enterprise core competence, and through the management, operations and training the airport enterprise’s intangible resource, to improve the airport enterprise profit capability (core-aviation and non-aviation business), quality of service and the public ability. At the same time to give some provide reference to the manager of the airport.
