节能建筑模块化体系设计与评价及仿真优化方法研究

【摘要】 “十二五”是我国建筑节能工作推进的关键阶段,然而随着我国节能建筑的蓬勃发展,同时也出现节能建筑工业化水平低,成套技术集成度低,劳动力生产率低,资源消耗高的问题,导致“节能建筑不节能”。在建筑物全寿命周期内,“节能”概念越早进入建筑的设计过程,其节能的效果就越明显。因此,木文在查阅当前国内外节能建筑设计方法、能耗模拟、评价方法的基础上,从我国的基本国情出发,提出的一种具有中国特色的可持续建筑设计理念——构建节能建筑模块化体系进行节能建筑模块化设计。本文按照从实践认识到理论探索,再到实践运用的基本逻辑与线索,基于建筑的集成设计理论、模块化理论和技术经济评价理论,以可持续发展和全寿命周期理论为指导,借助辅助设计——虚拟现实技术,从节能建筑模块化的概念、内涵出发,就节能建筑模块化设计的可行性、机理方法与节能建筑模块化体系的构建、评价模型、可视化仿真及实践应用方而展开了深入细致的研究工作,并尝试有所突破和创新,主要进行的研究内容如下:第一,研究了节能建筑模块化设计的可行性。采用了模块化理论中“复杂产品简单化”的思维方式,对节能建筑的体系构成和节能关键技术按类型进行分析。从理论上验证了节能建筑被模块化的可行性;同时运用Logistic方程对节能建筑模块化发展机理进行了推导演绎,从机理上分析了模块化节能建筑的可行性。第二,研究节能建筑模块化体系的构建。包括界定节能建筑模块化体系的内涵、设计原则从发,选取节能建筑的模块要素,构建体系,明确其功能。该体系的构建能够实现节能建筑模块化快速设计。本文还对节能建筑模块化体系中的子模块进行了组合构造出18个大模块,供需求者选择,使模块化设计更加精准。第三,研究了节能建筑模块化设计的评价模型。包括节能建筑模块化体系评价模型的构建,运用层次分析法建立了评价层次结构,着重选取了4个技术经济评价指标经济技术综合评价,便于业主决策,同时基于现有的节能建筑能耗模拟软件的不足之处的分析,运用matlab开发节能建筑模块化评价软件,使方案评价简单方便。第四,研究了虚拟仿真技术对节能建筑模块化设计的辅助作用。包括节能建筑模块化仿真原理的研究、仿真流程的建立,明确体系仿真的功能。对节能建筑模块化设计的虚拟仿真有助于设计人员、业主和专家之间的信息沟通和建筑方案的完善和最终确定。第五,节能建筑模块化体系的实施应用。以武汉理工大学科技园项目为例展示对节能建筑模块化体系的设计使用、评价和可视化仿真,验证节能建筑模块化体系的科学性和严谨性。

【Abstract】 It is the curial time of our country construction energy conservation work during Twelfth Five-Year. With the development of China energy-saving building, it also brings several problems:low industrialized energy-saving building, low integration in set technology, low labor productivity and high resources consumption what will lead to energy-saving building is used in building design process; the energy-saving effect is more obvious. However, we put forward a kind of design concept of sustainable architecture with Chinese characteristics:energy-saving building modular system for the modular building design, based on consulting energy-saving building design method at domestic and foreign, the energy consumption simulation and evaluation method.According to the basic research logic and clue which is from practice to the theory and then followed by practice application, the thesis studies the integrated building design theory, modular theory and technology economic evaluation theory. And guided by the sustainable development and the life cycle theory and aided with virtual reality technology computer design, this paper also studies the concept and connotation of energy-saving building modular, especially the feasibility, mechanism and method of building energy saving modular design. In the paper, it still involves energy-saving building modular system construction, evaluation model, visualization simulation and practical application aspects. In this process, much deep and detailed research work has been done, the main research contents are as follows:First, feasibility of energy-saving building modular design. Using simplistic way "complex products" which belongs to modular theory, we sort out the energy conservation of the building structure and key technologies. And we found that energy-saving building can be modular theoretically; at the same time we use Logistic equations of energy-saving building modular development mechanism are also deduced to deduce, from the analysis on the mechanism of energy-saving building modular sustainability. Second, construction of the energy-saving building modular system. Includes defining modular system of energy-saving building the connotation, design principles from hair, the selection of energy-saving building elements of the module, the construction of the system, and make clear its function. This system can realize the construction of energy-saving building modular rapid design. This paper also of energy conservation construction system of the modular the son module combination constructed out of18major module, supply and demand advocate choose, make the modular design more accurately.Third, evaluation model of modular energy-saving building. Including energy-saving building modular system evaluation models, applies the analytic hierarchy process to establish the evaluation levels structure, this paper from four technical economic evaluation index economy technology comprehensive evaluation, facilitate owner decision, at the same time, based on the existing energy-saving building energy consumption simulation software deficiency of analysis, with the help of matlab we develop energy-saving building modular evaluation software, make scheme evaluation is simple and convenient.Fourth, virtual simulation technology of energy conservation construction of the auxiliary function modular design. Including energy-saving building simulation principle of research, modular simulation process establishment, clear the function of the simulation system. Modular design of energy conservation construction of virtual simulation helps design personnel, owner and experts of information communication between the construction scheme and perfect and finalized.Fifth, applications of the energy-saving building modular system. Take Wuhan University of Technology science and technology park project as an example, we show how to design energy-saving building base on energy-saving building modular system, and evaluation then visual simulation. It is verification of scientific and preciseness to the energy-saving building modular system.
