转型期开发区特色的城市文化研究

【摘要】 本文以中国大都市地区的开发区为对象,拟针对当前我国产业发展、城市规划、社会建设面临转型的历史性时期,以开发区城市特色文化危机为研究的切入点,展开对中国城市化、工业化激进发展而形成的开发区的城市形态和空间结构、城市形象和社会文化现象的研究,从开发区的现代性特征、开发区的制度设计和发展的动力机制来分析特色危机产生的原因,从城市形态、形象、环境方面指出开发区城市特色危机的具体表现。论文论述了近年来国内高能级开发区城市规划、文化建设等方面的发展趋向,从理论和实证两个方面论证了转型期开发区城市规划应对产业、社会、文化、生态等方面转型发展的要求,寻求开发区特色城市文化建构的途径,即：开发区如何运用复合型城市规划设计；如何创建开发区的特色城市文化；如何坚持生态优先和通过生态型规划开展开发区生态建设；如何将开发区建设成为实现人全面发展的“容器”,进而实现引导未来中国大都市开发区发展成为有特色、协调、包容发展的现代产业城市。更多还原

【Abstract】 Taking the development area of Chinese metropolis as the research object, with the background of the historic transition period of industry development, urban planning, and social construction, the thesis take the development area city culture crisis as the beginning point, deeply study the society culture phenomena, and study the development area’s city from, space construction, urban image under the background of rapid industry development and urbanination. From the points of view of development area modernity character, system design, and development mechanism, the thesis analysis the reasons of culture crisis, find out the respective reason, and point out the concrete forms with the respects of city from, image and, environment.The thesis dissertate the development trends of in urban design and city culture construction in Chinese high level development area, from the theoretical and real evidence point of view, discuss the transition development requirements in the respects of industries, society, culture and ecology, and seek city culture configuration roads with development area characteristics, such as how to use the mixed-urban design, how to create the city culture of development area characteristic, how to develop the ecology construction by means of ecology planning and with the principle of ecology preemption, how to construct the development area as the’container’of realizing people’s development of an all-around way. All of these will be helpful to realize the aim of making the metropolis development area as modern industry cities with features of having own characteristics, harmony and subsuming developed.更多还原
