【摘要】 立题依据：研究《伤寒论》是中医学术发展史上最活跃的领域之一,作为中医理论的精髓千百年来指导着中医的临床实践,其所载方剂,配伍严谨、主治明确,具有很强的针对性和实用性,很多方剂至今仍然被广泛应用于临床,效如桴鼓。本论文用现代科学的方法和手段,对研究《伤寒论》论文进行系统的收集、整理、分析和评价,以期为今后对《伤寒论》的研究、临床实践和科研提供真实可靠的依据。目的：1.首次创建国内近30年有关研究《伤寒论》论文的数据库,收集1981年至2010年研究《伤寒论》论文的总数包括来源、题名、作者、作者所在机构、作者所在地区、研究的类型、发表时间；2.首次对国内近30年有关研究《伤寒论》论文的计量学研究,描述研究《伤寒论》论文的研究现状和分布；3.首次分析研究《伤寒论》经方在近30年的变化趋势,并通过初步评价为临床实践和科学研究提供依据；4.首次对《伤寒论》经方在糖尿病与糖尿病并发症临床疗效的系统评价研究,获得经方对糖尿病与糖尿病并发症的临床疗效和可能存在不良反应的证据,为今后中医临床实践提供可靠依据。本文通过以上四方面的研究,力求从现代科学的方法,为进一步研究《伤寒论》、指导中医临床实践、提高临床疗效提供有效的证据。方法：1.国内近30年研究《伤寒论》论文的文献计量学研究。本文选择从中国期刊全文数据库(简称CNKI)检索1981年至2010年发表的有关研究《伤寒论》的论文,采用文献计量学的方法对文献发表总量、年发表量及比例进行统计,并以此为依据形成研究《伤寒论》论文的数据库、研究《伤寒论》经方论文数量表、研究《伤寒论》经方论文历年发表量百分比表、研究《伤寒论》经方论文的顺位图以及居于研究《伤寒论》经方顺位图前三十位的经方排序。2.近30年研究《伤寒论》论文的经方归类分布。依据以上文献计量学的研究结果,对居于研究《伤寒论》论文的经方归类的数量变化趋势进行分析。3.经方疗效的循证医学系统评价研究。依据以上文献计量学的研究结果,选取《伤寒论》经方对治疗糖尿病与糖尿病并发症随机对照试验的临床研究论文,按照循证医学系统评价的原理,鉴定纳入相关临床研究,并对这些研究进行严格评价和资料综合分析,进而获得经方对治疗糖尿病与糖尿病并发症临床疗效和安全性的循证医学证据,为今后的中医研究《伤寒论》临床实践和科研提供真实可靠的依据。结果：1.国内近30年研究《伤寒论》论文数据库(1)得到研究《伤寒论》论文虚拟化的资料存储中心。(2)得到研究《伤寒论》论文数据库的结构框架。2.国内近30年研究《伤寒论》论文的计量学研究(1)得到研究《伤寒论》六经论文数量。(2)得到研究《伤寒论》六经论文历年发表量百分比。(3)得到研究《伤寒论》经方论文数量表。(4)得到研究《伤寒论》经方论文历年发表量百分比。(5)得到研究《伤寒论》论文64,922篇。(6)得到研究《伤寒论》论文按年数量分布。(7)得到研究《伤寒论》论文来源分布。(8)得到研究《伤寒论》论文中医药的期刊杂志分布。(9)得到研究《伤寒论》论文中医院校学报分布。(10)得到研究《伤寒论》论文来源地理分布。(11)得到研究《伤寒论》论文中医机构比例分布。(12)得到研究《伤寒论》论文中医院校分布。(13)得到研究《伤寒论》论文作者数量分布。(14)得到研究《伤寒论》论文的经方归类分布。3.《伤寒论》经方疗效的随机对照试验系统评价研究(1)得到经方治疗2型糖尿病随机对照试验的系统评价。(2)得到经方治疗糖尿病性胃轻瘫随机对照试验的系统评价。(3)得到经方治疗糖尿病肾病随机对照试验的系统评价。(4)得到经方治疗糖尿病周围神经病变随机对照试验的系统评价。(5)得到经方治疗糖尿病足随机对照试验的系统评价。结论：1.近30年研究《伤寒论》论文共64,922篇。2.建立近30年研究《伤寒论》1981年-2010年论文数据库。3.查明研究《伤寒论》的主力军是中医院校。4.查明研究《伤寒论》的核心中医院校按顺序为：广州中医医药大学、北京中医药大学、南京中医药大学。5.查明研究《伤寒论》的核心作者是李赛美、王付、钱超尘、聂惠民、沈敏南、何任。6.查明研究《伤寒论》的核心中医学院校学报是浙江中医学院学报。7.查明研究《伤寒论》的核心医药期刊杂志是新中医杂志、中医杂志、辽宁中医杂志。8.查明研究《伤寒论》六经的重点在太阳病和少阴病。9.查明研究《伤寒论》经方的重点在小柴胡汤、桂枝汤、大承气汤、半夏泻心汤。10.查明研究《伤寒论》未来方向在多中心、多焦点。11.查明《伤寒论》经方参与治疗糖尿病与糖尿病并发症有优势。更多还原

【Abstract】 The research of "Treatise on Febrile Diseases" is one of the most active area in the developmental history of Traditional Chinese Medicine, as the essential theory of Traditional Chinese medicine guiding the clinical practice for more than thousands years. Many of Its prescriptions still widely used in daily clinical practices because of its exact drug matching, clear indication with curative effect. This paper is using modern scientific methods and tactics to carry out systematic approach including collecting, packing, analyzing and evaluating of Research Papers in "Treatise On Febrile Disease" in order to provide reliable evidence for the clinical practice and scientific research of "Treatise on Febrile Diseases" in the future.Objectives1. This is the first time to establish the Data Bank which includes sources,titles, authors, institutions, districts, published dates for the research papers of "Treatise On Febrile Disease" in the last30years (1981-2010);2. This is the first time to have the Metrology Research of research papers in "Treatise On Febrile Disease" for the last30years in China and describe its recent status and distribution;3. This is the first time to analysis the changes and trend of Jingfang of "Treatise On Febrile Disease" for the last30years in China in order to obtain edvidences for supporting both the clinical practices and scientific research in TCM;4. This is the first time to carry out systematic review of the curative effect in Jingfang of "Treatise On Febrile Disease" against diabetes and its complications, also find out adverse reactions if any, in order to obtain the edvidence for supporting the TCM clinical practices in the future. From the four aspects as mentioned above, using a more scientific approach to move one step ahead in the research of "Treatise On Febrile Disease" and to set guidiance for TCM clinical practice as well as to provide evidences for its curative effect.Methods1. The Metrology Research of Research Papers in "Treatise On Febrile Disease" for the last30years in China This article is searching the research papers of "Treatise On Febrile Disease" from the China National Knowledge Infrastructure Full-text Database (hereinafter referred to as the CNKI) for the period from year1981to2010, using Metrology Research to run statistis including the whole volume, annual volumes and the relevant portions, in order to form the data bank, quantities table, table of summary for annual research papers, diagram in research papers of Jingfang in sequence, diagram of top30Jingfang, in "Treatise On Febrile Disease"2. The distributions of research papers in "Treatise On Febrile Disease" according to the Classifications of Jingfang for the last30years in ChinaBased on the results of the above metrology research i n the classi f ications to analysis the trend of Jingfang in "Treatise On Febrile Disease" according to the changes in its quantities in order to obtain applications of the TCM clinical practices.3. The research of Evidence-based Medicine Systemic Review for the curative effect of Jingfang Based on the results of the above metrology research, to select and analysis the RCT research papers of Jingfang for the treatment of diabetes and diabetes complications according to the principle of Evidence-based Medicine System Review in order to obtain adequate evidences of curative effect and safety review for providing reliable basis in clinical practice and scientific research of TCM in the future.Results1.
