复卷机TNT耦合作用原理与质量控制研究

【摘要】 在造纸复卷工艺过程中,复卷机是重要设备之一,它的好坏直接影响了成品纸卷品质的优劣。复卷机是一个复杂的机电设备,其工作性能与效率与所采用的控制方式与控制系统密切相关,研究合适的控制方法与控制方式,是提高纸张产品质量和企业经济效益的重要途径。本文在分析了复卷过程中的各转动单元的受力情况后,结合复卷机机电系统,建立了复卷机稳态数学模型。通过对所建模型的分析,确立了复卷机前底辊和后底辊的转矩(Torque)、压纸辊的压力(Nip load)和复卷纸幅的纸幅张力(Tension)(简称TNT)三者之间的耦合关系,分析了复卷过程中的具体控制策略的实现问题。在研究了复卷纸卷的重要质量指标与定量描述之间的关系之后。根据长度、质量和直径的关系,提出了密度分布曲线概念,用来描述复卷机成品纸卷质量指标并提出了检验和测量方法。针对端面质量的定量描述问题也提出了几种有效的解决办法,第一次定量地提出了复卷机成品纸卷的产品质量的评价方法。在对造纸复卷工艺进行了充分的了解和分析的基础上,根据所建立的复卷机数学模型和变量之间的关系,探讨了复卷机的具体控制方法。确立了以独立闭环控制为主,前馈补偿和参数给定为辅的复卷机系统控制方案。通过采用速度和转矩闭环控制加工艺曲线为参数变量的综合控制方法,实现了工程中简便易行的解耦控制。把复杂的多电机耦合系统TNT控制问题转变为若干个独立的闭环恒值控制回路与工艺参数变量给定相结合的综合控制系统,实现了复卷过程中复卷质量的稳态控制。研究了复卷机在加减速状态的控制问题,将其分为恒加速稳态过程和给定变化到加速度恒定过程两个部分,使复卷机的动态分析只涉及整个工作时间的微小部分,突出了主要矛盾,收到了很好的效果。从机电系统的动态测量与数据分析等方面,通过在线测量和经验数据曲线对比的方法确定出前馈控制的补偿参数。通过适当的前馈补偿控制解决动态过程由于惯量变化以及加减速过程的超调等所导致的张力微变,保证了纸卷的接头部分和运行过程中速度变化引起的端面突变问题。论文在研究过程中以多个工程项目的实践为背景,根据直流传动系统和交流传动系统的特点和不同以及传动装置的自身软件设计的区别,分别以PLC软件与装置软件功能相结合的设计方案和全PLC软件控制与装置作为执行机构的控制方案,进行了实践和工程应用。通过大量实践,我们看到这两种解决方案都起到了很明显的效果。论文是在大量的工程实践基础上完成的,对实践中所遇到的其他纸卷质量问题如纸卷切割端面的年轮现象,起卷时起皱和断纸、窜边等情况也进行了一定分析,对其产生的可能原因作了说明,并提出了几种比较常见的解决方法。

【Abstract】 Rewinder is an important device in paper-making industry, it mayhave significant influence on end paper quality. As a complicatedMechanical and electrical device, the working Performance andefficiency of the rewinder has a close relationship with the controlmodel and the control system on it. So the proper control method andmodel meet the needs of rewinder is the key factor for increasing thepaper quality and improving Economic benefits.The force distribution in the rewinder was analyzed, the model forSteady-state was set up. and the couple relation between drum torque(T),Nip load(N), paper tension(T), means the TNT, was found, therealization of the control strategy for rewinder was studied.The relationship between the main quality specifications andquantitative description was studied, Based on the relationship in thelength, the quality and the diameter, the density distribution curve wasintroduced to describe the paper roll quality, and the test and measuremethod were also given in this paper. The quantity description methodfor the roll section was also given. The quantity evaluation problem forthe paper roll quality was solved.The control model was been studied, based the model of therewinder, the relationship of the variables. The control scheme wasintroduced, in which the feedback control was the main control model,and the feedforward control and the parameter set model as the auxiliary,the Decoupling control was realized by using rate and torque with parameter set feedback, so the complicated TNT coupling control modelwas transformed to the independent single variable control model, andthe steady-state control of the rewinder was realized.The up-down rate control of the rewinder was studied, and dividedthe up-down process into constant up rate process and constantacceleration process, and the main problem was been solved. Thecompensation parameter for feedforward control was determined byonline measure data and the history data, and the feedforward controlcan improve the paper roll quality.In accordance with the feature of DC drive system and AC drivesystem, and the drive device, two control model based on PLC wasintroduced, and it is proved by many projects that the two controlsystem can get good results.
