【摘要】 当前国内网络民族主义思潮自从诞生以来,不同的学者有不同的争论,但我们不能简单地将当前国内网络民族主义思潮与狭隘的民族主义相提并论。应该充分认识当前国内网络民族主义思潮的爱国主义性质,其本质与主流是爱国的,是中国新民族主义在网络上的延伸,它反映了中国民众对国家和民族的热爱与责任感。当代青年大学生是当前国内网络民族主义思潮的主要参与者,他们虽然充满爱国激情、思想开放活跃,但因其思想的不成熟性又缺乏对社会现实的充分认知,他们的思想和言论往往会带有一些非理性的因素,不能因此否定当前国内网络民族主义思潮的本质与主流。当前中国网络民族主义存在的种种问题是与当前中国社会所处的历史发展阶段相吻合的。当前国内网络民族主义将随着时代的进步,不断的实现自身的发展、扬弃和成熟,不可能一蹴而就。本文运用政治学、民族学理论探讨了对民族主义、网络民族主义内涵的理解与认识,从界定中国网络民族主义与民族主义的区别与联系,结合社会主义初级阶段实际,科学地概括和归纳了中国网络民族主义的内涵。从当前网络民族主义的出现和内涵入手,分析了网络民族主义的产生、原因、特征及前景展望。研究当前网络民族主义思潮的爱国主义本质,必须深入了解国内网络上的民族主义的特点及其发展,民族主义网站作为当前网络民族主义思潮发展的重要基地,对其分析有助于归纳概括中国网络民族主义的缘起、传播方式与运行特点等本质。当前网络民族主义思潮作为一种社会思潮,从而具有政治参与功能、意识形态功能、思想政治教育功能和外交功能。从当代青年是当前网络民族主义思潮的主力军和主要参与者,阐明了当前网络民族主义思潮对当代青年大学生健康成长的积极影响和消极影响,并指出了应充分利用当前网络民族主义的爱国主义本质,引导当代青年学生正确参与网络民族主义,并采取积极措施疏导部分青年学生的非理性言论。当前网络民族主义思潮因其不成熟性而具有极端因素,本文从维护国家利益的目的出发,分析了当前国内极端网络民族主义思潮和新世纪“愤青”现象,并归纳出当前国内青年的极端网络民族主义表现,指出了“愤青”与爱国主义的真实差距和及其危害,并提出了有益的措施与建议。健康的中国网络民族主义是构建社会主义和谐社会下当代国民的精神需要,只有用社会主义的核心价值体系引导当前网络民族主义思潮,才能构建和平与开放、自由与民主的健康网络民族主义。当前国内网络民族主义是一把“双刃剑”,它既有爱国主义的一面,同时也包涵极端民族主义的因素。所以要对当前的网络民族主义思潮加以正确的引导,引导其走向健康与理性,促使其成为一种理性的社会思潮。当前,民族学研究者在充分借鉴和吸收现代社会科学有益成果的同时,对当前国内网络民族主义思潮的影响和功能展开了多层次、宽领域和全方位的研究,特别是根据从事大学生思想政治教育工作的实际,重点研究了当前网络民族主义思潮对当代青年健康成长所带来的影响问题,并提出用社会主义核心价值体系引领中国网络民族主义健康发展的措施与渠道。更多还原

【Abstract】 Scholars have held different opinions about the Internet nationalism thought in modern China. However, we can’t simply compare the domestic Internet nationalism with the narrow nationalism. It’s important to fully understand the patriotism in it. The essence of the internet nationalism is patriotic. It’s an extension of the new nationalism in the Internet, which reflects Chinese people’s love and responsibility to the country. College students are the primary participants with passion, newly thought. However, their thought and speech always bring some irrational factors because of lacking knowledge of the modern society. Even in this way, the essence can’t be denied. The problems exist in the Chinese internet nationalism is content with current historical period. Internet nationalism will realize its development and mature constantly with the development of the society.This article applied the political science and the theory of nationalism to understanding the essence of the internet nationalism, discussing the differences and relation between internet nationalism and nationalism, inducing the essence with the help of the actual situation of the primary stage of socialism, meanwhile, analyzing the origin, characteristics and future from its appearance and essence. It’s important to know more about the characteristics and development of Chinese nationalism while doing research on modern internet nationalism. As an important base, website of internet nationalism does a favor of analyzing the origin, transmission and working style, Internet nationalism can be used in political, educational and international area as a king of social thought. Young people are the major participants in the campaign. The fact shows the influence of two sides. The youths should be guided through participating and their irrational speech should be corrected. Currently, thought of internet nationalism has extreme nationalism youth network performance, pointing out of the real gap and harm between the anger green and patriotism, lastly some useful measures and suggestions emerged. Healthy Internet nationalism is psychological needed while building the harmonious socialist society. Only with the guide of socialist core value and system, can we make the internet nationalism peace, open and free.Nowadays, Chinese internet nationalism is a double-edged sword including patriotic thought and extreme factors. In this way, internet nationalism should be guided correctly to become the rational social thought. Ethnological scholars draw lessons from modern science. Meanwhile, they are doing researches on functions of internet nationalism, multi-level, wide field, all-round, especially doing researches on the influences to youths’health. Finally, the article came up with the methods to guide the internet nationalism’s healthy development with socialist core value and system.更多还原
