内陆中转型铁路枢纽集装箱海铁联合运输组织理论研究

【摘要】 摘要:论文依据我国集装箱铁路运输的发展现状,以铁路中长期发展规划为契机,以实现集装箱运输“多模式”、“无缝链接”的综合运输思想为指导,以集装箱海铁联运为研究主线,对内陆中转型铁路枢纽集装箱海铁联合运输组织理论进行研究,提出相应的运输组织方法。论文综述了国内外多种不同运输方式在集装箱运输方面的实践探索经验与理论研究成果,基于“构建综合运输体系,发展多式联运”的发展观点,结合集装箱铁路运输的特点,提出铁路枢纽集装箱运输系统(RHCTS, Railway Hub Container Transport System)的概念,对RHCTS的内涵、结构、特性等方面进行了深入研究。论文应用“轴辐式”理论与区域经济理论的基本思想,提出了RHCTS的“极点性”和“网络化”的结构特征,并深入阐述分析了RHCTS的“空间性”、“综合性”、“整体网络性”、“动态协调性”、以及“规模性”等系统特性。论文采用模糊聚类法对RHCTS进行了类型划分,提出了五种不同的RHCTS类型:国际港综合型、国内海铁联运型、国内水陆联运型、内陆中转型、边境腹地吸引型等,并分别对五种类型RHCTS进行了概念界定与涵义描述;以此为基础,对五种类型系统的运输网络结构、箱流需求特征、集装箱作业特点等进行了深入的对比分析和研究。研究结论表明,RHCTS类型不同,其集装箱运输组织方式也存在一定差异。论文选定内陆中转型RHCTS为研究对象,对其集装箱海铁联合运输组织关键要素进行深入研究,包括区位因素、运输网络结构、箱流需求、运输组织形式等。分析了内陆中转型RHCTS运输网络的结构及箱流需求的特征,提出了内陆中转型RHCTS运输网络的串联通道和并联通道两种结构关系,并对比分析了通道结构及其特征。根据箱流需求特征,论文详细对比研究了内陆中转型RHCTS海铁联运列车的多种组织形式、开行条件、以及组织特点。论文研究了内陆中转型RHCTS海铁联合运输组织的特点和优化问题,深入研究了集装箱海铁联合运输组织优化模型的建模要素;提出了内陆中转型RHCTS海铁联合运输组织区别于普通货物运输组织的特殊性与复杂性,包括矛盾性、协调性、信息共享性、5R特性、以及中转性、藕合性等特性。根据集装箱海铁联合运输组织多目标优化的特点,论文将海铁联合运输中海、铁响应式运输对集装箱发运量与到港时间的接续要求引入列车开行方案,从确定铁路物流中心吸引范围及港口去向、确定集装箱海铁联运列车组织形式及开行方案、以及确定集装箱海铁联运列车衔接时间等三个递进层次,以系统最优的原则分别建立了出口港吸引力比选和内陆中转型RHCTS内铁路物流中心的吸引力模型、集装箱海铁联运列车开行方案的确定模型、以及基于响应式运输的内陆中转型RHCTS海铁联运列车衔接时间的确定模型,并设计了求解算法。论文以郑州铁路枢纽集装箱运输系统为背景进行了实证研究。采用吸引力比较模型,研究了境外目的港确定条件下集装箱出口港的比选方法;并利用吸引力模型和模糊聚类分析两种方法进一步确定了郑州RHCTS的吸引范围及其集装箱海铁联合运输组织的去向港口选择。在此基础上确定了郑州RHCTS内郑州铁路物流中心分别到达青岛、上海、广州、连云港四个港口去向的集装箱海铁联运列车开行方案以及列车衔接时间安排。模型采用遗传算法求解,获得比较满意的结果。

【Abstract】 ABSTRACT:According to the actuality of the railway container transport in China, and the planning of railway long-time development, the dissertation researches the correlative theory and practice of transport organization and operation management of sea-rail combined container transportation in inland-port transferring Railway Hub Container Transport System (RHCTS). The objectives of this dissertation is to put forward the theory of container transportation and method of operation management of RHCTS fulfilling the actuality of railway container transportation, as well as the planning of railway and tendency of comprehensive transport.The dissertation describes the related achievements of theory researches and practical experience about container transport and multi-modal transportation. Then it puts forward the concept of RHCTS basing on the viewpoint of "construct the comprehensive transportation system and develop the multi-modal transportation". The dissertation studies the complex structure and inner relationship of RHCTS. Based on the "hub and spoke" and regional economic theory, the dissertation brings forward the structure characteristics and system features of RHCTS, such as core trait, net trait, space trait, comprehensive trait, integrated net trait, dynamic coordination trait, and so on.Using the fuzzy clustering method, the dissertation classifies the RHCTS into five types, including comprehensive international-container-port type, domestic sea-rail intermodal transport type, domestic land-water combined transport type, frontier-hinterland type and inland-port transferring type. The dissertation studies the concept of every type, and contrasts the differences of them in terms of system structure, container flow trait, and operation characteristics. The conclusion demonstrates that the ways and means of container transportation organization are different because of the differences of RHCTS type.The dissertation selects the inland-port transferring RHCTS as the object of research, and studies deeply on some crucial factors in its sea-rail combined container transportation organization. These problems include the regional factors analysis, the transport net structure study, especially the study of structure and feature of container transport passage, the composition and traits of dispatching container flow.The dissertation studies the primary characteristics and optimization problems of sea-rail combined container transport organization in inland-port transferring RHCTS, and studies deeply on the multi key factors for building optimum model of it. The dissertation puts forward the specials and complexities of sea-rail combined container transport organization, which are different from the common freight transport. These properties include the inner contradiction, cooperation, information sharing,5R properties, as well as the transferring and hinge properties. According to the multi-objectives optimization feature of sea-rail combined container transport organization in this type of RHCTS, the dissertation introduces the container volume and arrival-time demand from container vessels into the problem of determining the sea-rail combined container train (SRCCT) scheme, which are special in the sea-rail combined responding transportation. Then, following the system optimization rule, the dissertation builds the multi-objective optimization models from three layers one by one basing on responding transportation between sea and railway. These three layers are as follow. The first is to determine the attractive power and attractive scope of the inland-port transferring RHCTS. The second is to determine the forms and schemes of the SRCCTs. And the last one is to determine the responding time between SRCCT and container vessel. The dissertation designs a suitable algorithm to solve these models.In the case study, the dissertation adopts attractive model and fuzzy clustering method to define the attractive scope of Zhengzhou RHCTS, as well as the container ports of its sea-rail combined container transportation. On the base of these, the dissertation works out the form and scheme of the sea-rail combined container train between Zhengzhou railway logistics center of the RHCTS to Qingdao, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Lianyungang. The algorithm gets satisfied results.
