【摘要】 网络信息生态链是网络生态系统中最重要的一种关系形态。当前,我国网络信息生态系统中已形成了各种各样的网络信息生态链,一些网络信息生态链运行正常,并呈现出良好的发展态势。但网络信息生态链也存在许多问题,如网络信息生态链运行不畅,价值创造量低下等。要解决这些问题,就需要有完善的网络信息生态链理论作指导,要有科学的网络信息生态链管理方法和优化措施供采用。然而,目前在国内学术界和政界还没有形成完善的网络信息生态链管理理论与方法体系,也没有认真总结网络信息生态链发展的经验与教训。因此,有必要针对网络信息生态链的发展,进行相应的管理理论与方法研究。价值管理是一种基于价值的管理方法,由于价值具有内在的丰富性和复杂性,可以根据各自的立场或角度来理解、观察和控制价值及其形成过程,继而在不同价值观基础上来构建价值管理理论。网络信息生态链是一个人工系统,将价值管理方法应用到网络信息生态链管理中,可以根据网络信息生态链自身的特点确定相应的管理目标和管理方式,运用科学的管理手段,使网络信息生态链朝着正确的方向发展。本文在综合国内外关于网络信息生态、网络信息生态链以及价值管理相关内容的基础上构建了网络信息生态链价值的概念体系,并以此为中心,对网络信息生态链价值管理过程中的价值创造、价值评估以及价值分配等内容进行了研究。文章的主要内容如下第1章,介绍论文的选题背景与研究意义、研究现状、研究目标、研究内容与创新之处、研究方法与技术路线。第2章,讨论了网络信息生态链价值管理的理论基础。网络信息生态链的价值管理理论是建立在一系列相关理论基础之上的。本章主要讨论了网络信息生态链价值管理的理论基础,具体包括网络信息生态链理论、网络信息生态链价值理论以及网络信息生态链价值管理理论三大部分。第3章,探讨网络信息生态链的价值创造。网络信息生态链的价值创造是网络信息生态链价值管理的关键。本章对网络信息生态链价值创造的概念与基本途径进行了讨论,并在此基础上分析了网络信息生态链节点价值创造、整链价值创造的基础条件、影响因素和主要形式,并对不同类型节点以及典型网络信息生态链价值创造进行了分析。第4章,探讨网络信息生态链的价值评估。网络信息生态链价值评估是对网络信息生态链上节点与整链价值创造的分析与评价。本章首先分析了网络信息生态链价值评估的含义、内容、作用、原则以及评估的主要思路,在此基础上,建立了网络信息生态链节点价值与整链价值的评估指标体系,最后讨论了网络信息生态链价值评估模型的构建方法。第5章,探讨网络信息生态链的价值分配。网络信息生态链的价值分配是价值管理的重要内容,关系到网络信息生态链的持续发展。本章首先讨论了网络信息生态链价值分配的含义、目标,提出了网络信息生态链价值分配的方式,并在此基础上,探讨了网络信息生态链价值分配的原则、影响因素及分配模型。第6章,对本文的主要内容进行总结,并指出有待进一步加深研究的问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 Network information ecological chain is the most important relationship form in the network ecosystem. At present, China has formed a variety of network information ecological chain in the network information ecosystem. Some network information ecological chain is operating normally, and showing good development momentum. However, the network information ecological chain also has many problems, such as running sluggish, value creation low and so on. To solve these problems, we need to improve the network information ecological chain theory, management methods and optimization measures for adoption. However, there is not perfect network information ecological chain management theory and methodology, nor seriously experiences and lessons of development at home and abroad. Therefore, it is necessary to study for the management theory and method of network information ecological chain development。Value Management is a value-based management method. The value is inherent in richness and complexity. It can be understanded, observed and controlled according to respective positions or angles and then build value management theory on the basis of different values. Network information ecological chain is an artificial system. It can determine the appropriate management objectives and management practices according to the characteristics of network information ecological chain. Network information ecological chain will develop in the right direction at the use of scientific management.Based on study of network information ecosystem, network information ecological chain and value management at home and abroad, this article build the concept system of network information ecological chain value, and research the value creation, valuation and value distribution of the network information ecological chain management centered on it. The main content of the article are as follows:Chapter I introduced the research background and significance, research status, research objectives, research content and innovation, research methods and technology roadmap of the papers.Chapter 2 discussed the theoretical basis of the network information ecological chain value management. Network information ecological chain value management theory is built on a series of theory. This chapter focuses on the theoretical basis of the network information ecological chain value management, including the network information ecological chain theory, the network information ecological chain value theory and the network information ecological chain value management theory.Chapter 3 explored the network information ecological chain value creation. Network information ecological chain value creation is the key of the network information ecological chain value management. This chapter discussed the concept and the basic approach of network information ecological chain value creation, and analyzed the basic conditions, influencing factors and the main form of node value creation and the entire chain value creation. It also analyzed different types of node value creation and the typical network information ecological chain value creation.Chapter 4 explored the network information ecological chain valuation. The network information ecological chain valuation analyzed and assessed the value creation of nodes and the entire chain. This chapter first analyzed the content, role, principles and main meaning of network information ecological chain valuation. It then established the valuation index system of the network information ecological chain node value and the entire chain, and finally discussed the network information value ecological chain valuation model.Chapter 5 investigated the value distribution of the network information ecological chain. The value distribution of the network information ecological chain is very important to the value management. It related to the continued development of the network information ecological chain. This chapter first discussed the meaning and goal of the network information ecological chain value distribution. It also discussed the method of the network information ecological chain value distribution. On this basis it explored the principles, influencing factors and distribution models of the network information ecological chain.Chapter 6 summarized the main contents of this article, and the content that needs to be further researched.更多还原
