思想政治教育视野下儒家“和”文化研究

Study on Confucian "Harmony" Culture in the Perspective of Education in Ideology and Politics

【摘要】 增强思想政治教育实效性是当前思想政治教育领域亟需解决的突出问题。针对当前思想政治教育实效性不强等问题,本文提出通过对中国传统文化,尤其是儒家文化中的“和”文化思想进行分析,试图发现和挖掘其当代的教育价值,并在思想政治教育过程中,借鉴和利用“和”文化中的有益成分,从而推动思想政治教育的创新。首先,论文分析了思想政治教育与文化的关系。从文化的角度上看,文化构成思想政治教育的重要场域;文化是思想政治教育的重要资源;文化是思想政治教育的重要载体;文化的发展推动思想政治教育的创新。从思想政治教育对文化的作用看,思想政治教育内容构成文化的核心内涵;思想政治教育推动文化的传承和发展;思想政治教育对文化的价值引领。其次,论文梳理了儒家“和”文化的演变过程,总结了儒家“和”文化的内涵,分析了儒家“和”文化的本质及其历史局限性,这为探讨儒家“和”文化对于思想政治教育的价值奠定了基础。再次,论文提出在思想政治教育视野下,儒家“和”文化当代价值的实现,必须以马克思主义为指导思想,实现思想政治教育对儒家“和”文化的当代引领。最后,论文提出思想政治教育要从儒家“和”文化中借鉴有效资源,包括“和谐思想政治教育”对儒家“和谐教育”理念的借鉴、心理健康教育对儒家身心和谐的借鉴、道德观教育对儒家人际和谐的借鉴、价值观教育对儒家社会和谐的借鉴、生态观教育对儒家人与自然和谐的借鉴。同时,儒家的“弘道”、“诗乐”、“自省”、“励志”、“力行”等教育方法对于思想政治教育的理论教育法、艺术感染法、自我教育法、激励教育法和实践锻炼法也有着重要的借鉴意义。总之,在思想政治教育视野下开展对儒家“和”文化的研究,就是通过发掘儒家“和”文化的当代价值,并在思想政治教育的内容拓展、方法创新等方面借鉴儒家“和”文化资源,从而推动思想政治教育的创新,增强思想政治教育的实效性。

【Abstract】 Strengthenning the effectiveness of education in ideology and politics is the prominent question which is needed to be solved in the current education in ideology and politics field. For in the actual effect of education in ideology and politics at present is not strong, and other issues, the paper will try to find and excavate the contemporary value of education of Confucian“Harmony”culture by analysizing the Chinese traditional culture, especially the Confucian“harmony”culture. In the course of education in ideology and politics, we will promote the innovation of education in ideology and politics by referring and using the useful ingredients of the“harmony”culture.At first,the paper analysize the complementarity relations between culture and the education in ideology and politics. In the aspect of culture, culture constitutes an important field of education in ideology and politics. Culture is an important resource and carrier for education in ideology and politics. Cultural development promote the education in ideology and politics’innovation. In education in ideology and politics for the role of culture point of view, the content of education in ideology and politics constitute culture’s core connotation.The education in ideology and politics push culture’s inheritance and development,which is a valuable leading for the culture. Secondly,the paper comb the evolution processment of the Confucian“Harmony”culture, Sum up the connotation of Confucian“Harmony”culture, analysize the essence of Confucian“Harmony”culture and historical limitations, which is to lay the basis on exploring the value of Confucian“Harmony”culture for education in ideology and politics.Thirdly,Under the visual field of education in ideology and politics, if the Confucian“Harmony”culture realizes its contemporary value, it must persist in the leading status of Marxism in order to realize the contemporary leading for the Confucian“Harmony”culture.Lastly, education in ideology and politics must draw effective source from the Confucian“Harmony”culture,including“the harmonious education in ideology and politics”draw lessons from the Confucian“harmonious education”theory, the education in mental health draw lessons from the Confucian harmony physically and mentally, the moral outlook education draw lessons from the Confucian harmony of inter-humen, the values outlook education draw lessons from the Confucian harmony of society,the ecological perspective education draw lessons from the Confucian harmony between human and nature. At the same time, the Confucian educational methods such as “glorifying benevolence”,“poetry and music”,“introspection”,“inspiration”and“puting into practice energetically”are an important reference to“Theory Education”method,“Art Infection”method,“Educate oneself”method,“Encouraged Education”method and“Exercise in Practice”method of education in ideology and politics.To sum up, Under the vision of education in ideology and politics,what we study on Confucian“Harmony”culture is to explore the contemporary values of Confucian“Harmony”culture, and refer about its values such as the expansion of content and the innovation of methods, etc,so as to promote innovation in education in ideology and politics and strengthening its effectiveness.
